It's nothing special. One and only time I went had me feeling unwelcome. Barflys looked at me like I was an alien and not a local resident. Wanted me to pay with cash IN 2025. Charged 15 for a beer and shot. Needless to say the other bar down the road was more inviting and welcoming to the locals.

Love this hole in the wall bar. There’s so much to look at inside this place. The chicken quesadillas are bomb.com! Service is a hit or miss. Not bad but not great. The girls are very friendly but can forget about you talking to others. Only downside for me is I’m not a smoker and a lot of people smoke inside. Still worth it though. Most of the time, it’s a great time here either way.

I love this place! I'll be honest, I probably passed it 15 times before stopping in because I thought it was a tiny hole in the wall locals only kind of place...I was wrong. For one it seems 10X bigger when you walk in the front door. Its the kind of place I'd always go to with my family when I was younger and we;d dance the night away. Everytime I have a race in Beeville I now stop here as my halfway point to have lunch and a beverage. On our way back we usually bring 10-20 people trekking back to Austin for a celebratory beverage on our way home. The bartenders and owner are always welcoming. Definitely give it a shot.

Kid-friendliness: Not many kids there with a grown up. When their is kids especially for events. Kids are greeted very friendly and this place has a lot of regular customers who are here to visit. All guests are treated with respect and like family ☺️
I loved the small bar atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. The waitress was awesome. I don't know who they were, but the band was OUTSTANDING! Nice dance floor too.

Chill place to sit and have a drink or two. They have beer, cider, and liquor. Pretty good selection of shots... Most of the commonly requested ones. I didn't try the food but heard that it was pretty good. Pool tables are in great condition. Dance floor is a good size to handle a fair number of people. There was a two man band there and they were playing great 80s/90s country.
