So far I am not impressed by the beef pho but will try something else. It tasted like dishwasher

Ordered the Ramen. Looked divine. Didn’t taste divine. Meat was tough. Noodle was chewy. Broth lacked flavor. Eggs tasted dry and overcooked. Actually couldn’t finish it when I encountered weird bony parts stuck in one of the meats. Had to spit it out. Worst ramen I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many Bistro places before. For the price I paid, this isn’t worth it.Service was alright though. No issues with staff and plenty of seating space. Nice atmosphere. Maybe I could have had a better experience with a different meal, who knows.

Well, sure you can serve good food, but if the service is lethargic with the enunciation of a mouse it's gonna affect the experience. Step it up!

Quick and pleasant service, pretty quiet when I went, and absolutely amazing Bo Kho (beef soup)! I can't vouch for authenticity, but it was delicious and filling. For less than $15 I got a bowl big enough for two people (or lunch the next day).

Went there today. Very dirty. It used to be very nice and food was good then. Floor wasn’t clean, along with table and the window were filthy. One person working in the front. Brought our food and her sweater was dangling in our appetizer as she served it. Greasy fried noodle dish. Won’t be going back. Needs a good clean up!

Decent Vietnamese, but not great. Exceptionally slow and understaffed. Watched people who came in AFTER me get served first. I doubt most residents of Seguin even know what Vietnamese food is because it doesn't come with a taco, but people trickle in slowly getting served by kitchen staff before you are served. If you can go the distance, head to San Marcos for decent Pho soup (pronounced Fah, not Foh). Parking is a brutal nightmare.

Went here for lunch with my partner and the staff and environment is great. It looks very nice inside and the staff is tentative to your needs. We ordered Shrimp Pho and Tonkotsu Ramen and the portions were great! Both were so delicious, hot and fresh. I also ordered an oolong milk tea and my only con was the texture of the boba, but aside from that it was a great experience dining here.

Best Vermicelli bowls and Pho in a hundred mile area. We were very impressed by the quality of the food. The owner really does take pride in the food he makes. It is certainly a gem.

Our lunch was absolutely delicious ? but we got a couple of dishes to go for supper and they were barely edible and we tossed most of it.My crispy chicken stir fried noodles were excellent n delightful, my husband's pork vermicelli was great ? The portions were huge and we were in pig out heaven. However tonight our chicken pho had a strong weird sweet taste, it was like trying to eat perfume. Couldn't do it, gave up on it after a few bites.

The food here is fantastic. The service is good as well. The dining room itself needs art or warmer lighting... Not really sure but it wasn't all that comfortable. Maybe some booths would help. But I highly recommend as the food was very very good.
