I just got out of a soccer game and was getting pizza then I saw the donut sign said it was OPEN AND THEY LIED I WALKED UP AN THE DOOR WAS LOCKED AND THERE WAS NO FREAKING DONUTS OR KOLACHESE!!!!!!!!!! My heat was broke I am so disappointed never again will I trust this donut shopšš„¹

It's a donut shop, but more importantly it's a family owned donut shop with some of the nicest owners that genuinely get to know you and care about their product.Speaking of, the twist donuts are simply amazing and they make my favorite apple fritter in town.

They need to wear gloves. They never have them on. I watch them put doughnuts on tray without gloves.
The Seguin Shipleys has not been well managed. I came in at 5:30 am and my donuts were cold and when I asked for hot and fresh and they said they didnāt have any. I have never had any problems with Shipleys in since 1973. Whatās going on now?
