Yall are open a good chunk of the day I don’t understand why they don’t make more kolaches. Every time I go around noonish they are always out. Like you know people are gonna want them I think you should make more. Yall be slacking lately.

Ordered 30 dollars donuts got home one kolachi missing called talked to manager Jordan was rude wanted me to drive back 15 miles to get it only good for today acts like its the only donut shop in seguin won't be back!!!

I really love donuts! I was really hoping this place would be awesome because it’s such a small city and there aren’t many options here for donuts. I like supporting Shipleys because it’s usually run by a local family, but I have given this place at least 10 tries and with each time, I have been disappointed. The donuts are old and stale. I don’t know what’s going on here, but they could definitely use a lot of extra help.

Doughnuts undercooked, under glazed, and smashed together in bag and box. Kolaches were all bread almost no meat or cheese. The service at the drive thru window is some of the worst in Texas. Pretty sure I was over charged but didn't want to waste any more time with the ridiculousness. This was the first time I visited the Seguin location and the last time I ever will.

This has to be the WORSE Shipleys donuts I have ever been to. So poorly managed. I ordered a dozen glazed and several different kolaches. I asked for my donuts to be fresh and hot and I got cold donuts. I keep trying to give this place a try but I will now take my business to Snowflakes where they at least do what you ask

Super quick and kolaches and donuts were so delicious and fresh too. Decently priced. I'll be returning.
Incredibly rude!! Ordered online and checked my things before pulling away... it was wrong. I asked for the correct donuts and the guy at the window yelled at me for holding up the line. Not my problem, just wanted what I paid for!!! All iced donuts were tossed in a bag instead of a box so it was super messy.

Days ahead of a party, I ordered limited time donuts for a themed party online… DAY OF- they called me 15 mins before pickup time saying they didn’t have most of my donuts to fill the order. The special donuts and other specifically ordered donuts. The girl on the phone couldn’t even give me a refund. Told me I’d have to come talk to her manager and that she is there super early in the morning if I want to go talk to her. Shipleys- please set aside your online orders in the morning before you sell all of the donuts. Bad system.

This is the third time giving this Shipleys a try. It has been so bad every time. The donuts are cold and seem old. The man that was behind the counter was not very nice and quick to say they had not hot donuts. Someone that gave this location the franchise should come down and see what a disaster this location is.
