This was literally the worst service I’ve ever had. The girl who worked the cash register must’ve put my plastic cup in toilet water and spit her gum in my strawberry and banana smoothie worst smoothie I’ve ever tasted in my life literally couldn’t even take the smallest sips I even asked for a refund or a new smoothie politely but apparently they don’t accept that. I can’t believe it literally tasted like I was licking the bottom of a toilet bowl.

Rude!!! I felt bad for the lad that was being trained!! I ask for the chocolate glazed donut, she proceeds to tell me it’s Chocolate dipped, I said ,no ,I want a chocolate glazed, she brought me a glazed dipped donut and an old apple fritter. It was not fresh. At least a day or two old. I was from out of town ,had traveled 5 miles before I started to eat the apple fritter once I saw I did not get the chocolate glazed!! I won’t stop there again!!😢😆

Yall are open a good chunk of the day I don’t understand why they don’t make more kolaches. Every time I go around noonish they are always out. Like you know people are gonna want them I think you should make more. Yall be slacking lately.

Ordered 30 dollars donuts got home one kolachi missing called talked to manager Jordan was rude wanted me to drive back 15 miles to get it only good for today acts like its the only donut shop in seguin won't be back!!!

I really love donuts! I was really hoping this place would be awesome because it’s such a small city and there aren’t many options here for donuts. I like supporting Shipleys because it’s usually run by a local family, but I have given this place at least 10 tries and with each time, I have been disappointed. The donuts are old and stale. I don’t know what’s going on here, but they could definitely use a lot of extra help.

Doughnuts undercooked, under glazed, and smashed together in bag and box. Kolaches were all bread almost no meat or cheese. The service at the drive thru window is some of the worst in Texas. Pretty sure I was over charged but didn't want to waste any more time with the ridiculousness. This was the first time I visited the Seguin location and the last time I ever will.

I asked for my donuts to be fresh and hot and I got cold donuts. I keep trying to give this place a try but I will now take my business to Snowflakes where they at least do what you ask
