(I'm writing this on behalf of my 73yo Mom)She moved to Seguin about a year ago.Being away from her family and her "normal life", really took its toll on her.Recently, I asked her what her favorite things about Seguin were, her 1st response was "I love Shipley's, they have the best staff that treat me like I'm family and do-nut get me started on their blueberry jelly filled and donut holes".Thank you Shipley's for treating mom so well and being such a great place for her get her sweet tooth fix.I hope to thank you personally soon.

WHEN WE WALKD N THE 2 WORKERS WERE ON THEIR PHONES..THEY DID GET OUR 3 ORDERS OUT..THEN WENT BACK TO THEIR PHONES..THE TABLES WERE DIRTY N NEEDED TO B CLEANED N THERE WAS WATER ALL OVER THER COUNTER WHERE THER TRASH CAN WSS..WE WALKED OUT N THEN WENT BACK TO GT DRINKS N AGAIN THEY WETE ON THEIR PHONES..THERE WAS NOBODY N THE STORE N I FEEL THEY HAD AMPLE TIME TO CLEAN UP..BT INSTED THEY WENT BACK TO THEIR PHONES..WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION..CAUSE IF THEY HV TIME TO B ON THEIR PHONES..THEY HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO CLEAN

Tiny donuts, no matter how early of the day, are always cold. They had a tiny microwave but it's awful. They don't even have a fresh smell when warming them up. Not enough napkins. Staff doesn't give information about flavors. Donuts seemed old and not made on the same day. Donuts are tasteless. Not like Shipley's from other towns.

Doughnut did not taste fresh. At least a couple of days old as the filling was separating and the doughnut was tough and chewy. 3 of posted advertised coffees were not available. Very disappointing.

I’m case you don’t want to read my whole review you need to know that SHIPLEYS HONEYDEW SMOOTHIES WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.I took my little boy on a mama date and we got donuts and smoothies when he saw the smoothies ready he is my naturally willing helper and rushed over and grabbed them both. One lid popped off and a huge mess ensued. He immediately ran to the corner and began sobbing. All I could think about was great we’ve got these teenagers working that don’t even want to be here and now my kid has made a huge mess. I felt embarrassed. I couldn’t immediately jump in to help because I needed to comfort my special needs child, but the young lady who was working jumped into action and didn’t make me feel bad. She even brought me another smoothie after all was done.Thank you for extending grace to us this morning. He was so excited that you brought me another smoothie.Kid-friendliness: I think I addressed this already, but my son (with special needs) and I enjoyed a nonjudgmental bite and smoothies without feeling like we shouldn’t be there. We felt welcomed even with an accident prompted meltdown. ?

Cinnamon rolls are nothing more than twisted glazed donuts, the staff was too busy screwing around and acting like little kids in Romper room to take orders, worse food I've ever bought anywhere. Don't waste your money or your time!!!!
