Very rude customer service, I went originally to the place to get a snow cone and realized my car was overheating so as I waited for family to get there to help the lady rudely asks me if I can move my car and deal with the problem somewhere elsewhere and as I’m explaining the situation to her she just keeps saying “no I don’t care no I don’t care” , used to love the place but needless to say won’t be going back.

Stopped by to buy my wife a Piccadilly only to get it home and find several pieces of hair in her ice the lady and guy both had long hair and neither had it tied up I do not want to spend 6.50 on a drink I cannot even consume probably will not be going back

Ahhhhhhh SnoKing Shaved Ice II... What more could possibly be said about SnoKing Shaved Ice II... Well as you know, it had to be done. There was so many unanswered questions from SnoKing Shaved Ice 1.
Went 5/28. Worst snowcones ever. The had no flavor, none, like eating sugar ice. Idk if they need to clean the machine or it was the old gummy bears that were hot and gross, but mine had a greasy film on my spoon. Tasted like wax. We threw them out. Kids were bummed. Go to Gringos up the road.

The prices are way too high. $8 for a plain funnel cake!? $27.50 for 2 funnel cakes, lemonade & cup of 2 ice scoops. The lemonade USED to be my favorite (tart/sweet), but now it has a sugary-watered down taste. The corn in the cup is way too small for the price. Prices have gone up too much, too fast.There's much more reasonably price place with way larger portions for cheaper behind Wendy's in Seguin. And there's seating.I feel this place has chosen QUANTITY over quality & loyal customers.
After spending 70 to $80 in the last 3 months I was 10 cents short on my snow cone and she refused me.Very strange business model.It's very strange thinking to lose a customer over 10 cents.Now I give my business to their competitor on Kingsbury.It's so strange to try to understand that thinking. When I asked her about it she blamed it on her boss .As if any business owner would refuse a regular customer over 10 cents .Oh well

Decided to stop by this place on our way home to try it out. We tried the pic-a-dilly and they are good. The syrup is rich too. Recommend maybe adding salsaghetis and gummies to the pic-a-dilly or having them available to add upon request and they would just be out of this world. Will visit again when in the area.
