I just found this place and I love it. They have the biggest snow come I've ever seen. It was delicious. This is my new snow cone Piccadilly place for sure. At the lowest price I've seen especially for the size. Love it!!

Most unprofessional ‘business’ I’ve ever seen. They have ridiculous expectations when it comes to their TEEN employees. They are snobby and arrogant and act like teenage girls. The food is subpar at best and snow cones are so easy to make it would take a toddler to mess it up.

I’ve enjoyed Snow Mountain in the past for its refreshing treats and local charm, but my recent visit was surprisingly disappointing due to an encounter with one particular older caucasian employee. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and condescending—making the experience awkward and uncomfortable especially since we had the whole family sitting inside. I’m not sure what caused such behavior seeing that she was the one who made the mistake on the order and expected us to still eat the incorrectly made snowcone, but kindness and respect go a long way, especially in customer service.

We took the wrong turn, going out of town and surprisingly found this awesome little gem! I love shaved ice, but I’ve never had it with ice cream. Let’s just say game changer.! My only suggestion is to add butterscotch flavor to the menu 😂

Coming from some one who has tried alot of these places this one takes the cake. I tell you what they have got some real fresh front and great service!! You guys gotta come check these folks out!
Passing through on I-10, we were looking for a quick treat and found this place on Google Maps. The product is amazing as far as a real shaved ice goes and the flavor of the syrups. Top notch for sure. Not too friendly or helpful and there was a strong sewer smell inside, but we sat outside on the cute and comfortable patio furniture, listening to the birds and enjoying the greenery of the lot across the street and had a really nice break from a long drive.
