I don’t eat Sonic often but my daughter loves it so I treated her today and completely regret it. The food was simply ok but make sure you have your items before leaving because I had a missing item and had to go back. When I did, I was refused the reimbursement I was promised by the resolutions team and yelled at by the manager Kenna B who made it very apparent she has self control issues when I spoke to her with nothing but respect. I will definitely be escalating this further and never visit this sonic again.

Overpriced burgers that you could get anywhere, just goto a fine dining restaurant same price for a better burger. Sonic smasher is just another trend soon to die off. And yes I would compare it to McDonald's as it tastes similar in both quality and taste nothing special about Sonic anymore these days. And yes I have no clue as well why the would build a play area right next to a bar truly a downhill place with no taste

Had my first bad experience at Sonic feeding my daughter after the fair last night. No one at store was able to or trained to use the app or apparently gift cards either. Was told it was "too late" to use gift card as they were closing. Paid 13.52 for an incorrectly prepared and overcooked burger that should have been covered with my gift card and included a free burger as well had the app promotion been honored as advertised. Highly disappointed
