There’s a super cool playground and outdoor area at this Sonic. The food and ice cream were really good and the carhop was really friendly. Definitely recommend this Sonic!

The customer service is horrible.....I ordered a simple snack for my girlfriend....paid with my card... regret doing that.....and waited 15 minutes and haven't gotten my order....two cars pulled in the bay next to me and got their orders in a timely manner.....pressed the button and asked why my order wasn't done yet .....all they said was it will be out shortly.....waited, another car came ordered and left, I left......without my order.....I will never be going to this sonic again...

I don’t eat Sonic often but my daughter loves it so I treated her today and completely regret it. The food was simply ok but make sure you have your items before leaving because I had a missing item and had to go back. When I did, I was refused the reimbursement I was promised by the resolutions team and yelled at by the manager Kenna B who made it very apparent she has self control issues when I spoke to her with nothing but respect. I will definitely be escalating this further and never visit this sonic again.
