Idk what the issue is but tell me why I ask for ranch and PAY for extra ranch and I still get marinara or nothing at all. Like I make sure to ask for ranch when I order and I pay for it.

I've received a few inedible burgers from here (they were hard like they had been sitting out for a while or something/ it's unfortunately happened multiple times 💔) Eventally just stopped getting their burgers.

So I ordered my food. It said it was on its way and delivered by angel. Sat here a couple of minutes and it said thank you have a nice day.. I pushed the button and the person who answered said they are still working on it.so why did it say it was done and being delivered??? Guy who brought the order was very kind though.
The store was not busy. The first red button push went unanswered but I patiently waited until a new customer pulled up and immediately got answered. The second button push was answered quickly. I ordered a large and medium mozzarella sticks and they shorted me a stick. Its not worth returning to get my order fixed, but it is worth commenting on their service problems.

First off, I'd like to acknowledge that this was my own fault for not learning my lesson the first time. Last time I was there we were one of 3 cars and waiting over 15 minutes for a bag of ice before we just left.
Today I ordered a number 4 and ten minutes later I was brought a number 1 (because 1 and 4 sound exactly the same) by a car hop that clearly didn't want to be at work. And everything was cold. Never coming back.
