I ordered on the app, waited 13 minutes for 3 drinks, I had to push the button to ask about them, they come out and my drink was wrong, I asked for clear coconut and they put blue and they didn’t add the strawberries, they take the drink back and add regular coconut.They didn’t fix the drink just added to it, they did add the strawberries BUT the drink is too sweet now and has the peculiar taste of the blue coconut too. Please do better.

It doesn’t matter how big or small your order is expect to be waiting for a very long time. I ordered a sweet tea and cheese sticks and I have been waiting for 40 minutes. They will swipe for your order saying that it will come out shortly and you will be waiting for a long time

My burger was cold, not just because of the condiments but literally the patty was not fully cooked good enough. Someone was in a hurry, they poured a whole bottle of ketchup on my burger, that I DID NOT ASK FOR. Literally took 2 bites and I was over it. Fries tasted like old grease. Get rid of the groovy fries. They are gross. Even down to the corn dog tasted like old grease. Hard earned money down the drain. Then on top of that I tipped them! Smh

Portions was super small chili cheese fries small and large were the same size so overpriced. Service was slow. 30 minutes for fries and pickle fries and 2 slushes

Only thing I wish would be that value (1.99) items would be included with Doordash menu options. To get value menu pricing I have to drive 20 minutes each way which then isn't such a value with gas prices as they are. I easily spend $20 per order with the 1.99 menu so it would be worth it to me for Doordashing.

Great sonic to stop at. Food is great 9 out of 10 times and on that 1 time is you bring it to there attention they will make it right. Staff is always friendly and looks to be hustling so your wait is not long.

My family and I came in ordered two combos and one additional slush. The fountain, carhop and food were all excellent with the exception of the butter burger. It took me two bites to realize the burger was not only cold to the touch, but the ground beef patty was undercooked therefore pink. I love sonic. It was first real job as a teen. But I reluctantly felt compelled to ask for another butter burger and then did so. I call the fountain, she professionally, cordially and quickly comes out to take my burger to have it warmed or replaced. The moment she walks in to explain the situation, the cook or perhaps an assistant shift leader does a beeline to my truck and says that he would not be replacing the burger since I bit into it. He acted like replacing the undercooked burger would come out of his pocket. He was obnoxious and unnecessary hateful. Look if you are too lazy or hate your job so much to replace a single patty burger, maybe take a job elsewhere. The aforementioned individual was 35-40 years old, pudgy and had a dark thin mustache. I hate to leave a bad review, but this fellows behavior was unacceptable and embarrassing. I hope he was not the cook, because it seems as if he had poor personal hygiene also. He appeared dirty and smelled like hot trash. If they do not adjust my check to not include the burger, I will dispute the transaction .

The staff is quick and respectful and polite. However, the only problem i have is that one order was given minus the burger I ordered. Had I not checked, I would have had a walk back there from my home in the Texas heat, and I would have been livid. The food server/delivery lady apologized, and all was forgiven. Before that however because they are so close I walk to them and so I was sitting on the table right my the walk up order menu and screen while searching on the app to try and decide what I wanted because I already had the rest of the families ready to go on the app. I had a manager come out to me and tell me "excuse me mama we don't allow any solicitors of any kind here they are prohibited on the property " the tone in her voice was so condescending and with disgust I almost told her to "fly a kite" all I did was look up and show her the app and say "I'm trying to finish my order with you guys" seriously I have been there several times and never had any issues. On top of that, after I made the order, which included 4 rt 44 cups full of sonic ice and 2 10 pound bags of it as well. Along with a strawberry slush. Anyways, 2 of the ice cups both tasted and smelled like oil from the fryer. And it was too late to go back and have it swapped out because the ice wasn't for me it was for my husband and didn't tell me until after an hour or so. The sad part is that not only did I tip on the order with the cups of ice and my fruit slush. I also tipped on the order with the 2 10 pound bags of ice because you can't order bags of ice on the app for some reason. So the tip I left was well about the average gratuity of 15%! Was not thrilled over this at all. When I was approached by the shift supervisor or manager (she was the one in charge during that shift this I know by the design of her shirt) being talked to in the manner she used along with the look on her face, like I was just some homeless drifter who can't read nor had any respect for businesses who have clearly marked sign displayed all over the property. I know that there are people out there who just don't give a F?ck about the rules and laws and what have you but I am not one of those people and it was very obviously that I was there placing an order especially since i was standing directly infront of the walk up menu looking up to it while texting asking my family what the options were for to eat. She just discriminated against me because I had walked in and had bags with me (insulated) so i could carry back the 2 10 pound bags for the ice i was buying to slow down the melting from the texas heat!!s Our car is being shipped from our Massachusetts along with all of our belongings and dog, to Texas. We are in the middle of moving. So after I thought about what could have been the reasons why she did what she did, the only logical explanation is that SHE TOOK ONE LOOK AT ME AND ALL THE BAGS I HAD WITH ME AND ASSUMED I WAS A HOMELESS STREET DRIFTER. That is textbook example of what it means to be discriminated against and judging a book by its cover.

It's Sonic, and if anybody reads my reviews, you will see that I like Sonic. I have written reviews on sonic/sonics so many times. That unless anything stood out there, such as terrible service or anything, it's just as good as any other sonic. They don't put any pressure on you. It's nice cause you can pull in.And you can order by using your phone. They have an app, so you can order? Ahead of time, let them know when you're gonna be there, and then let them know what spot you're in once you arrive. The app has specials on it. I don't know that I would even order from Sonic anymore without doing it through the app. The only thing is to be careful and make sure that you're ordering to the right sonic. You can wait till you are already there while you're sitting in the spot. And order? But if there's more than one sonic in your town, be sure that you put your order in at the correct one.
Parking: In case you don't know, sonic has places. You can pull your car into usually all the way around the building. Some sonics even have an extra roll of these on the outside. There's plenty of parking. The handicapped spot is usually gonna be on the right hand side of sonic at the very last. Bay, some of the older sonics might have it somewhere else or they might even have two
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility, but this is a place we're used.Generally sit in your car and eat.
