Went through the drive through and ordered a venti Frappuccino. Got my coffee and tasted bitter so I got back in line and told them that my coffee tasted bitter and the young hispanic girl with big eyes and black hair (no name tag) literally bursted out laughing at me like I was lying and just stared at me. I handed her back the coffee and asked her to make me a new one. She was rude and there was no reason for her to laugh because they messed up my coffee. I hope her manager or supervisor has a serious talk to her about her customer service skills. I drive 40 mins one way and pay $7 for one coffee i shouldn't be laughed at because they messed up my order.

Most the Staff is great but the coffee is a hit or miss. Most the time the Frappuccinos taste like they are made with vanilla base. There is no taste of coffee in the Frappuccinos. Sometimes they come out perfect other times they taste bland.

I used to go to Starbucks every single day for a pistachio latte and / or Frappuccino until they discontinued the pistachio flavored drinks. It is unfortunate that I found a drink that I loved only to have it discontinued. I will now take my business elsewhere.
