How do you get in contact with someone to help get the order replaced? Bad service and food made completely wrong. This was supposed to be Italian herb and cheese BREAD. My husband’s Philly had pretty much only vegetables and a tiny bit of meat.

Remember when subway had sandwich artists? Now they barely wrap it and throw it on the counter. And the employees sit outside smoking by the door while the real worker makes sandwiches.

Horrible customer service at this location as well as they hire people who can't even make what is on the menu or speak proper English , I give this subway a negative 10 I tries to speak w the manager Sarah and she was rude to me as well and would not give out the Information for her higher up.

Boy or boy whatever you do don't go this location, these 2 girls that were behind the counter were beyond rude and looked at you like they dare you to say something about how rude they were being. Went to this location @ 11:45am to order a subway club.... They were out of roast beef & turkey as far as vegetables, they only had spinach, lettuce. black olives & peppers. I asked about tomatoes and the girl said we are not finished prepping, I told her it was 11:45am and she just dismissed what I said. I told the girl that her manager would hear about her rudeness, she told me she was the manager, told her she was sure being rude to be a manager and proceeded to want to argue with me about being rude. There was a another lady in the store ordering sandwiches at the same time, she stopped me on my way to my car and was commenting on how unprepared and rude the 2 girls were. If I could I would give this location absolutely zero stars, because those 2 girls give absolutely zero cares and have absolutely no business working with the public.

3/22/25 had the worst experience ever, 2 young girls acted as if they were inconvenienced by us being there, like they don’t get paid to make sandwiches 😩 First, one assumed I wanted a footlong and proceeded to construct the sandwich without clarifying with me. They never have pepperoni & hardly ever have tea made. Then to top it off the younger girl tried to tell me they don’t have honey mustard??? as if I don’t get the same sandwich with honey mustard everytime. I told her well that’s weird cause I just got some here the other day, she said “nope we just have regular mustard” Lastly, the other girl threw the bag on the counter after we paid and didn’t say anything. It’s insane the amount of attitude these employee give out.
The girl with glasses was super rude. I arrived with my family and she served us with a bad attitude. The only thing missing was her throwing our order in our faces.

Super rude!!! The girl that took my boyfriend’s order was so incredibly rude. He asked for spinach and she did the tiniest amount. He asked her for a little more and she put a whole hand full with such an attitude. She did not did do what we asked. It felt like she did not want us there and like we were rushed out the door. She didn’t smile once or have a pleasant tone. She gave him a terrible look with so much attitude after he told her that was enough sauce and she kept going. This experience made me not want to go back.

Wow. These two young girls that work there…never have I ever heard employees complain so much and cuss about their job and life in front of customers. They had no shame. Rude to us when ordering a few sandwiches.
