Very disappointed subs were incorrectly made missing items ,dry bread underwhelming by a mile. First walked in to pick up online order to find out it was not ready or started , employee claims system went down as we were standing there talking the printer for orders was dropping receipts to the floor. 30 minute wait for two subs only to get home to see what horrible subs I received.

I bought a 6" Monster sub, chips and a small drink that should have totalled $12, looked at my account today, they charged me $16.If the register had displayed that amount, I would have questioned it right then, are they adding in there own tips?Like it was mentioned b4, I had to wait for a call in order from the lady in front of me (which was not ready), two boxes of sandwiches total, b4 they started mine, the lady running the register seemed confused, and asked me twice what my order was.

I ordered a philly cheesesteak and there was no meat or cheese in the sandwich. I ordered online and 25 minutes later, it was still not ready when I arrived. I was the only customer in the store. One employee was taking care of a baby and another employee was visiting with the woman and her baby. I tried to call the store three times and the phone rang 30 times and then cut off. I guess this is why this subway has a 3.7 review rating. This is probably why no one was in there at 11:47AM. I have learned my lesson. Another Seguin fast food restaurant with the worst service possible. Ridiculous!

I ordered a meatball footlong on the app. Once I arrived at the restaurant I noticed that my food was not ready even though I arrived after the designated pickup time. When I asked the cashier about my order she said that they didn’t have it but upon showing her my confirmation email, she magically found it. When she finally finished the sandwich I thanked her and went home only to realize that instead of a footlong, she made a six inch. Highly dissatisfied with the service here.

This Subway is consistently terrible. They are always out of some type of meat, always a couple of the popular drinks out of order, understaffed at all times, and their mood is always poor. I’ve ate here several times through the years hoping for a different experience, but this will be my last trip. I don’t attribute this to the employees, but the ownership/leadership of this location.

I want to say that ever since This subway got sold it has completely gone down in customer service and quality of food. Every time I go there is something always missing, either no avocado, no some type of meat or something. None the less the service from the employees is terrible. I have been there where the two employees are in the back office hanging out and in their phones, or the employees are in the front discussing personal matters. The most recent issue is that I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order they said there was an error in the system to return in 15 minutes which I did, with the receipt order confirmation in my hand they said my order was picked up and I am like how I am just here you just saw me and told me to come back. When asked what they do in these issues to fix problem they completely turned me down. I emailed subway and called and I have been to this place 3 times now and could not get my money back nor speak to a manager. This is completely unacceptable.Kid-friendliness: completely rude
