Great first experience! Ordered 3 meals @1am on 05/14/20 , not gonna lie i like alot but am picky with how my sandwich is made, left brief details on order, app told me when order would be ready, showed up 5min. Late to give whoever was working alittle more time. Only 1 guy working this night shift, im the type to pull to the side nd check my food before leaving, the guy did a GREAT JOB ON ALL 3 SANDWICHES, got everything right, I've worked at subway before and ik how hard it can get to make sandwiches between orders in time, but this guy did it, and was very polite on top of it, great experience definitely ordering from this store more often. Good job guy✌

Horrible customer service experience! The employees are Not friendly, courteous they don't even welcome the customer, in fact as a customer the employees made me feel unwelcomed and as if I was disturbing them by entering the store. They have terrible attitudes, no smiles, unfriendly atmosphere. The owner needs to do something to improve his employees customer service experience.

When I was ordering my food the girl behind the counter was in a BAD MOOD. Like I was bothering her. Not friendly at all. I had asked her for napkins. And she told me very rude they didn’t have any Her demeanor was terrible, I will not be coming back to this location, you all need to hire friendly people. 03-21-2025,

If I could do negative Stars I would. Sad, sad atmosphere! The young girls working there DO NOT like their job, it was very obvious. The one girl was sad walking around like Wednesday and the other one with piercings thought I could read her mind. Didn't answer with her mouth then when I said something she "tried" to stare me down. Haa! Would not be coming back and if I were you wouldn't waste my money here.

I have come to this location a handful of times and each time its been the worse customer service and food. As soon as i drive in i tell myself “they cant be that bad every single time” & never fails. They are. I dont mnow who is running this place but they are not doing good. Its just horrible. I wont be trying this place again.
