The absolute worst subway experience I've ever had without a doubt! The first thing out of the employees mouth is we're out of Almost everything. Probably hoping customers just walk out. The attitudes and disdain from both employees was dreadful. Save your hard earned money and eat somewhere else until they find someone who doesn't treat customers like dog poop!

New to Seguin one of the worst subways I have been too Employees were rude and I asked if I can have a fresh bread that was out of the oven and they told me NO that they couldn't. Ofcourse the bread was old and hard. Then I also tried to go in at 11pm tonight and the employees working hid and refused to answer the drive thru. I will not be going back. Horrible workers. Wanted to give it another shot but that definitely won't be happening.

Store hours says they open at 9am but the doors were locked and the employees look at you while you are waiting but they never opened the doors at 9:45am , they don’t answer the phones when you call

You’re rolling the dice if you’re going there to eat. The freshness of the food is questionable, and cross your fingers if they have what you want. My son always tries to order the kids pizza but 9 times out of 10 they tell me “No”. And the cherry on top is the atmosphere the employees give off. You know when someone hates their job but needs the paycheck. Almost every employee that I’ve ever interacted with was short, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I would advise you go somewhere else for your sandwiches.

Don't bother ordering by number because the 3 women that were on shift dont care and still ask what you want and they all have attitude on second thought dont come to this one at all worst subway and even worse employees that dont want to work they just want to gossip in the back

Employees were far from pleasant and not in uniform. As my sandwich was being made I could see the bread clearly falling apart. The employee still proceeded to try and wrap it. I asked how old the bread was and she made me a new sandwich.

Another employee was in basketball shorts on a cell phone while hanging out of the drive thru window.

There was one employee who was making an order that was written on paper. While she was making these sandwiches she kept touching the piece of paper while moving on the preparation counter.

Horrible service, two of the rudest young kids i've ever met. Made me feel like I was a jerk just for going to eat there. Asking for every topping, she rolled her eyes, food was made horribly, and I felt completely unwelcome. Don't ever come to this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! No acknowledgement and 2 employees were standing around talking to each other and exchanging phone numbers with a so called customer regarding tattoos! Stood there for almost 10 minutes and we walked out!

I placed a mobile order on sunday using the app and my cashapp card. a
i was called not even 10 minutes later and told they are out of everything for my order at 12:46 pm (meatball sub, italian sub) asked if i wanted to replace or cancel, so i said go ahead and cancel my order so i can go somewhere else which i did. since i used my cashapp card the payment was pending for a while and it actually went through. i was charged for food i didnt get and i went to my app and it even said i picked up my order at 12:55 pm not that they canceled it. called subway multiple times to see if i would be getting a refund to which noone awnsers, so i have the thought to call the number they called me from, turns out the employee called me from her personal number and wasnt at work when i called. i dont live in this area i was visiting my boyfriend so i cant just go up there and try to talk to a manager. so with that being said im out 16.23 for something i didnt even recieve and i just have to take the L, thanks subway.
