Employees were far from pleasant and not in uniform. As my sandwich was being made I could see the bread clearly falling apart. The employee still proceeded to try and wrap it. I asked how old the bread was and she made me a new sandwich.

Another employee was in basketball shorts on a cell phone while hanging out of the drive thru window.

There was one employee who was making an order that was written on paper. While she was making these sandwiches she kept touching the piece of paper while moving on the preparation counter.

Horrible service, two of the rudest young kids i've ever met. Made me feel like I was a jerk just for going to eat there. Asking for every topping, she rolled her eyes, food was made horribly, and I felt completely unwelcome. Don't ever come to this location.

Restaurant extremely cold, sandwich was not toasted to satisfaction, they do not carry soups, they we're out of a number of items. Come on subway you can do better.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! No acknowledgement and 2 employees were standing around talking to each other and exchanging phone numbers with a so called customer regarding tattoos! Stood there for almost 10 minutes and we walked out!

I placed a mobile order on sunday using the app and my cashapp card. a
i was called not even 10 minutes later and told they are out of everything for my order at 12:46 pm (meatball sub, italian sub) asked if i wanted to replace or cancel, so i said go ahead and cancel my order so i can go somewhere else which i did. since i used my cashapp card the payment was pending for a while and it actually went through. i was charged for food i didnt get and i went to my app and it even said i picked up my order at 12:55 pm not that they canceled it. called subway multiple times to see if i would be getting a refund to which noone awnsers, so i have the thought to call the number they called me from, turns out the employee called me from her personal number and wasnt at work when i called. i dont live in this area i was visiting my boyfriend so i cant just go up there and try to talk to a manager. so with that being said im out 16.23 for something i didnt even recieve and i just have to take the L, thanks subway.

Teenagers in there overcharged me for a single foot long sub 14.79$ , refused to use my coupon, all I ordered was a chicken sandwich nothing else , this is a awful location with even worse service

First time in this Subway, last time in this Subway. Young man that took order and making sandwiches had an extremely bad attitude, was rude while taking order, and worse while making sandwiches. His behavior was less than juvenile, my 9 year old grandson suggested we leave... so we did. We went to Taco bell across the street. Need i say more???

Teenager with red and black hair extremely rude. Claimed to be out of everything put it’s pretty obvious they had pre closed everything and were just trying to not have to prep anything else. We came in at 8 o’clock when they close at 12. Extremely rude. Rolled her eyes several times at me and had a very unwelcoming experience. Can’t believe this is the kinda customer service people give. I worked in the food industry for 5 years. Never have I ever been disrespectful like this to customers even if they were rude. Which we weren’t. The other kid with curly hair working with her was pretty much in with not doing anything for anyone. Very dissapointed. Find new staff.

The server was nice, but they were out of pizza, meatballs for sandwiches, bacon, & pickles.... maybe other things, too.
That was just the list of things we tried to order. Probably won't be back.
