Went to subway had the worse experience and normally we go there all the time and they make it right but today this lady who moved slow and can't hear made my snadwhich wrong she didn't put lettuce in the sandwich, she wrapped them terrible ,and when I told her to put a lot of honey mustard on one of the sandwiches I got three by the way she didnt care and wrapped the sandwhich horribly WORST EXSPIERNCE EVER!!!😡😡

I placed an online order and it got canceled. I called the store and she was rude immediately and knew exactly what i was calling about. She said she canceled my order because they were slammed. And then I ask about my refund and she just transfers me to someone who has no clue what they are even talking about. They don’t care about their service and just said I would get a refund within a week. This is terrible service.

Notice young lady wasn’t switching gloves between customers while handling paper money same gloves 5 customers on a row I asked nicely gave me an ugly look! When you’re handling food you should be more cautious !
Y'all come see Mr. Paul he was very sweet and cheerful! Also, he made my sandwiches as requested (i ordered through the app and asked for the onions and green peppers to be toasted with the meat and cheese) and everything tastes fresh and delicious!!!! He even called me to let me know they didn't have honey oat bread and asked which other one I would like!! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Seguin!!
