The best fast food authentic Mexican always made fresh, along with the authentic salsa + Pico that is made daily. It's nice to see the salsa bar is actually being used again, post covid. Most of the restaurants are much older and in desperate need of remodels.
This is a chain restaurant that has reasonable texmex style food located near I-10. It was not crowded when we visited. The salsa bar had thick salsa in three flavors so it is possible to choose the amount of spicy desired for the meal. The is self serve beverages, too.
I buy breakfast tacos here every weekend because it's close to the house. I love their ground beef and my wife loves her bean and cheese tacos it brings back College memories
