My wife and I had lunch today and all of the food was so good. The enchiladas were exactly what I’ve been looking for. The fajita taco was different in a good way. I love that the meat was diced and still flavorful.
The star was the flautas. Most flautas are so thin with barely any filling. This one was thick with chicken everywhere.
I love the green salsa and the red salsa. The brownish salsa had a nice smoky flavor.

Got some food to-go and the flavor was awesome. Barbacoa on handmade tortillas.🤯🤯 Also tried the pork in red stew 10/10
