Great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Everyone on the staff is so friendly from the bartenders to the kitchen staff. And the people/customers are the friendliest in town. Our go to place. Keep up the good job Reńe. ✌️🇺🇸
We've been to the 1916 a couple of times now... we have had the Fish and Chips (good flavor and nice crunch to the fish's breading), Taco Nachos (very tasty), Fried Mushrooms (tasty and again nice crunch to the breading). It can get crowded and noisy.
nice place to go and have a drink and some eats. The craft beers are good also!
The falafel taco was unbelievably delicious and the only thing better was the customer service
Good food, ok service, nice selection of beer and wine. Definitely a place to get some snacks and drink some beers. 🤙
Stopped by for some pulled pork sliders and margaritas - good food, great service and excellent drinks. Friendly neighborhood bar atmosphere.
Great little lunch spot. Showed up for the cafe Nextdoor but it closed down. This place did well. Food was good. Cheap in price they could go up if Seguin would support them. So here’s my review. My shout out to Seguin to support a good non Mexican food place that’s affordable.
Ashley made a great Old Fashioned. Burgers were excellent and Carne Asada fires were my favorite.

Sat down and no servers or staff came to our table to take an order. Ended up leaving and going to a different place for a steak.... Was my first time attempting to try this place and I'm not impressed. The staff seemed to stay in the back chatting to each other unbothered that we hadn't been helped.

My husband and I had a wonderful impromptu date night here! The drinks were fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed a game of chess in an atmosphere that felt like it was straight out of a Fitzgerald novel. It was a truly enchanting experience!

Hidden gem. Had great coffee and pastries with a friend and sat upstairs in a very inviting atmosphere I felt like I was at home. Great place to sit and unwind , chat with a friend or curl up with a good book. Service was quick and pleasant. Tell them it’s “ for here” so you get a cute mug instead of a to go cup like my friend got. She was jealous of my cute mug.

Parking: Parking is available in the sude streets. The largest parking-lot nearby however, is for a bank, and doesn’t allow other parking. Street parking is free and available down the side streets.

Came in at two in the afternoon on a Saturday. Couldn't even bother to greet us and tell us to have a seat or ask if we wanted a menu as they chatted up the people at the bar.. So we didn't know if they were serving food or what was going on. So we left after 5 minutes.

I love the clean open room called the rose room. It felt like eating in someone's classy home. The food was superb!! We were visiting TLU and decided to try this place out. We are glad we did
