I mean, it's wings. They deliver what they say. People don't go there fo salad and the only veggies are carrots and celery, though they do have a street corn that's pretty good. Lots of choices.

I would not recommend this business I visited this location on Halloween at 8 PM and asked them if I could come back in the GM said yes; So I thought they would be open then I ran some errands at H-E-B came back at 8:30 and they were closing their doors when it says clearly that they close at 9 PM this is b******* it was supposed to be a special night for my son to get one of his favorite meals we don't eat out unhealthy very much because of my husband's health issues so this was supposed to be a special treat for him for Halloween; yeah I don't even deserve one star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the GM looks like a little freaking teenager level up Wingstop

I never complain, but I've never been more disgusted by the customer service I received tonight. I placed my order online at 8:55 pm and was told 16-21 minutes. I arrived and paid and was told my food wasn't ready yet. I waited for an HOUR to receive my order. When I got home, we noticed we had no ranch (I had even paid for extra ranch). I drove back and asked for the ranch that wasn't given to me. The cashier then digs through receipts for a minute as if I was lying about not getting it. She then grabs one and brings it back to me. I told her I should have 3. One for each order plus the extra one I paid for. She looks at me like 1 was all I was going to get, talks to the cooks and comes back saying "they told me to tell you to check the bottom of your bag" and walked away as the cooks are laughing from a distance in the kitchen. I then explained that I checked the bag and wouldn't have drove 10 minutes back without checking the bag and that their response was completely disrespectful. She handed me two ranch cups that had been sitting on the front counter and already warm and walked off. I would never recommend this location to anyone after the customer service I received tonight.

This place is so hit or miss it's about 50% good 50% aweful. Went today and was told my order would take 15 minutes. I took care of a few errands and came back 45 minutes later, no food. At the hour point they hadn't even started cooking my food. Finally got it 1 hour 15 minutes later. I get home with the food and at least this time everything I ordered was there. I opened it up to discover I had burnt garlic parmesan stripes. Girlfriends order was cooked to the point that it had the consistency of gristle. Well that was a waste of $29 for some of the worst wingstop I have ever had. Rocket wings in Seguin has some aweful wings but dang if yall didn't put them to shame this time. Ordered pick up since that and delivery is all that is available. Worst quality I've ever had from a Wingstop and we eat at other locations all the time. One order was supposed to be boneless wings and they actually mixed in their tender strips with the boneless wings. Not really sure why because we did not order it that way. All of the ten classic wings we ordered were soggy leading me to believe they may have been undercooked. We are staying in a hotel and they did not give us any utensils or napkins. I would think since all locations have been closed for over two months now they'd have this to go thing perfected by now but apparently not.

Wings are good but the service is horrible. When we got there to pick up our take out the employees were yelling at each other. They said it would be 20 minutes until the food is ready but took much longer. This place has been ran sloppy for years. We have gave it to many chances and won't be going back.

So I have been eating at wing stop for about a month now. It was a relief to find another place to eat at in my small town lol. It doesn't look like much at first when you walk in but the service is friendly, and once you smell the wings there is a sense of excitement that just comes over you! I love spicy wings so my order is usually original hot, cajun, or mango habanero with some season fries. The mango habanero is absolutely amzing the right amount of sweet and spice that just balances each other out. I was recommended by a friend to try their Voodoo Fries and normally I don't like cheese on fries but the first bite was absolutely amazing I never would have thought to put melted cheese and ranch over seasoned fries! Every place is going to have its bad days but i do highly recommend to give this place a try! It is especially good for work get togethers!

Empty at lunch time. Good came out fast but it didn't taste like the normal sign stop I am used to. Not sure if the food just wasn't fresh or what but something was off. I could be wrong but it didn't taste like the fries were cut that day. The chicken wings themselves are absolutely huge. I should have gotten the 6 PC. The meal overall was good. Service was good. The food was just lacking something. Also the cheese was 1.49 at Wingstop in Houston this same cheese is .99 lol the soda machine was good and the sodas tasted really good. So they get a star for that. The service was really good. The lady taking the order was friendly and got my food out pretty quick. I would possibly give them another shot. Not the best not the worst just kind of middle of the road.
