The food was straight-up delicious, and the beef Dino rib was the star of the show. Tender, perfectly smoked, juicy, and full of that authentic Texas flavor—hands down one of the best ribs we’ve had in a while. Everything we tried was amazing and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive. Everyone working there was super kind, sweet, and genuinely accommodating. We asked for extra pickles, and they happily hooked us up without any hassle. The place was spotless—clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated with a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger. It’s such a pleasure to come here. If you’re in Seguin and craving real-deal Texas barbecue without the fuss, do yourself a favor and head to True Texas BBQ at H-E-B. You won’t be disappointed—we’re already planning our next visit! Brisket melts in your mouth and ribs fall off the bone! And free Beer!
