We stopped by True Texas BBQ inside the H-E-B in Seguin, Texas, and wow—what a pleasant surprise! The food was straight-up delicious, and the beef Dino rib was the star of the show. Tender, perfectly smoked, juicy, and full of that authentic Texas flavor—hands down one of the best ribs we’ve had in a while. Everything we tried was amazing and clearly made with care.

My cashier Phoenix was wonderful! She's a very kind face at the restaurant. Makes ordering and coming to the restaurant very pleasant. She honestly deserves a raise or something!!

First time trying out the BBQ at HEB and it was so good, will definitely be going back. I got the baked potato with brisket and I’m obsessed, the lady at the register Maria suggested it and it didn’t disappoint
