We waited at the bar for an average of 10 to 15 minutes each time we got a drink which would’ve been fine had there been more than 10 people in the whole bar. On multiple occasions, other patrons had to flag the bartender Ericka to come and help with our drinks. After waiting for 20 minutes just to close our tab while she chatted with a friend and played on her phone, we asked to close out and said that we had been waiting for a while. To which she responded, “this is the first time you’ve said anything”
