The food I’ve gotten here recently has been increasingly disappointing. This is no patty melt, it’s a pathetic melt and there is absolutely bare minimum sauce and cold fries constantly and the fries are never completely filled. Constantly missing items.

My Mother and I are very disappointed that the morning crew, they were so stingy, we had no syrup, utensils and only 3 butters. We were the only ones in line also. The cashier was Nevaeh R, she had a grinchy attitude in many ways.

The best Whataburger in Seguin hands down. All the staff members are amazing &’ the food is always fresh. Have never been dissatisfied at this location. 10/10 every time!

The manager with the last name Hernandez assisted me with my order. Gave me the wrong drink, asked for no ice on the drink and there was ice put in it. I had a gift card as well that she ran and said there was no balance on but when I added to the app after my visit today the balance did reflect on the card. I do like Whataburger, but this experience was just awful. Whataburger please make sure your staff is properly trained and also please hire competent people into management as well.

Terrible service. The outside cleared 3x over before the inside lane I was in. People were honking. They took my order for a drink they don’t have. I waited all that time for nothing. I only ordered drinks. Will not return.

Great location! Amber was at the drive through window today and the service was above and beyond. Way more attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism than I ever expect at a drive through. You’ve got a gem on your team Whataburger! WOW EXPERIENCE.

This manger named Rosie was very rude she always have her phone on her she would stand in one spot for an hour or more just scrolling on her phone she never let go of it. When we walked in she did not great is with a smile if anything it just felt depressing. Burgers were dry and cold.
