Amazing experience today! It’s Whataburger so it’s consistent wherever you go, as far as food taste & atmosphere. Whataburger could really use a facelift with decor but besides the point. The speed today was unmatched. I’ve never experienced such a fast Whataburger before.

Stopped for breakfast, ran to grab my groceries and run through the car wash. I ended up smashing my never-sipped 32oz sweet tea all over my car less than 10 mins after buying it at the restaurant. Went back, asked if I could swap my cups out, knowing it was a long shot. They were so polite and said they wanted to help make my day better. Shout out to Loretta and the two managers that overheard. Thank you for being so kind in the midst of my chaotic morning. Something so small for you is not just a little thing to me. Terrible I will not eat anything from Seguin Texas hwy 123 Whataburger service was a joke went threw drive threw usually they ask if you want condiments I asked for spicy ketchup was told it was in the bag he lied. Lucky I had him give me three which hurt his feelings. Today is Friday 3/14/2025

Only leaving 1 star because I have to. Experience was awful. Took over 30 minutes to get food because they kept “losing” the order. Worst whataburger we’ve been too. Stay away unless you have time to spend.
