The worst place to eat in Seguin. I hardly ever go anymore. But, the time’s I’ve gone there’s only 2 people working. Lots of people waiting and it’s a 20/25 minute wait for your food. The place isn’t clean. There’s always left over food on tables and chairs are dirty with drink spills and crumbs on the floor. As waiting for the food you can hear the staff that prepares the food laughing, cussing, complaining about their life, people coming into the place or telling each other off. This place has gotten pretty bad and very ghetto. This place needs a good manager or corporate to see for itself without notice of attending the day.

Undercooked. Skin was all gummy and obviously not fully rendered. Only solution they could offer was for me to make a half hour drive there to bring it all back and wait another hour for them to remake it (Saturday night so they are busy), so I could drive a half hour home again. Just easier to not eat here again.

This place is a nightmare. They got my whole order wrong and forgot to put the ranch in. I swear food service has gone downhill fast. There is no accountability or quality anymore. You don't even get what you pay for, or you're ripped off, or you get stollen from.

My friend and I were ordering some food and as I was ordering, The manager was taking my friends order and he started calling her beautiful and saying that any guy would love to be with her and then I told him she was 15 years old and he asked for her number anyways weirdo. don’t go there with your kids!!!!!
Horrible service / processes, never order online, the 15-20 minutes they estimate online is when you get there, they don’t start making the food until you get there, the customers eating in the store get their orders before the online submitted customers

This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's satisfactory and other completely horrible. I've gone and waited for orders for 20 min after I called them in. Sat there forever to find my order was never put in. And like I said sometimes it's fine. But today was just ridiculous. Walk up and the person at the front comments how my long nails are the way "they" want them when he goes to get drug tested. (Ok whatever..? ) not that I care too much about but not the best customer service small talk in general. Some others might not like that too much. But then it comes to getting my drink. When I go to put my drink in my cup these nozzles are spraying EVERYWHERE. I asked "are all y'all's nozzles like this??" A worker tells me. " you have to put your cup right up against the nozel"... gross.. and doesn't help. Like I said it could be hit or miss. I just suggest the managers shape up a bit. And if you can't efficiently provide drinks or any other setvice.. don't.
