Drinks are so so . The shorter dude who always has a hat on im guessing the supervisor is so unprofessional. He talks to his employees like they are little children. Its not right to yell or cuss at them amongst customers. I sooo would complain to department of labor. Be careful who you talk to "my guy"

It's the best cold drink you can have. This weather is insane, but a drink from here is refreshing. They have 160 types of drinks. They are very polite and friendly. I recommend it ?.

There computer system are currently down right now, so they make you pay for your order via Zelle, Cashapp, or Cash. I paid via Zelle and had confirmation that the oney was taken. But when my order was ready they tried to say I didn't pay. When I even showed the confirmation that called me a liar and that I needed to leave wothout the drinks I paid for. Come to find out while arguing with me, they did receive payment they just didn't read it correctly. They didn't apologize or take fault for their actions. I will never be back and good luck to anyone who goes there.

Walked in and was not greeted by anyone, employees seemed upset by our arrival, place was dirty and cramped. It was hard to hear the employee from behind the glass. When ordering I had to make clear multiple times what I wanted. Ordered the macrons and they were Stale. I didn’t even hear any blenders after I ordered my drink leading me to believe it was pre-made and not fresh. I also didn’t appreciate that I could not see what they were doing in the back or how they were making my drink, unlike most other places (I’ll list a few at the end of my review) the tea I bought was a taro milk tea and a matcha milk tea, they both tasted very watered down and were very runny, not thick like milk. All and all I would not recommend for first timers or people looking to get good authentic boba.My favorite places to go personally are Bobatopia and Dream coffee and tea, but there are other places that have open kitchens such as; Kung-Fu Tea and Y-Bubble, all the places listed here have open kitchen settings and friendly staff so you can see what they’re doing.

I like to come here for their milk tea, which has a bunch of different flavors that I like. They also have some nice smoothies as well.

Staff super friendly, smoothies are great and prices are fair. It can get busy sometimes with long waits, but I keep coming back for my favorites.

So just realized they charge you for boba. Not me thinking this whole time hence the name everything came with boba. I get popping boba being extra but the plain tapioca really? Cost per make is probably no more then $1 and your telling me y’all are charging like Starbucks. Geeze last time I’ll be here. I normally stop by every time we get the Ramen at ginza but mmm no thanks.

Came here for boba, walked in, and wasn’t even greeted. Three young teenage boys running it just staring at us. One employee was on his phone and the other two were just chatting it up. Then when they go in the back we hear them cussing very loudly. The three guys who were working on 1/19/24 need to be fired ASAP! I love the boba and usually they have great service but today was unacceptable. I hope the problem gets fixed.

JustinTime Media had the pleasure of collaborating with The Boba Lounge, and I couldn't be more impressed! The Boba Lounge's staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to film a video advertisement seamlessly. Their delicious offerings paired with JustinTime Media's creative touch resulted in a five-star experience. I highly recommend The Boba Lounge for its welcoming ambiance and, of course, its fantastic boba tea. It's a must-visit for boba enthusiasts and anyone looking for a top-notch filming location!
