Truly one of the best Charley’s to dine at. My wife and I decided to stop in after shopping and we both left full and happy. I had my usual original cheesesteak and ultimate fries with a lemonade. My wife had the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings. My cheesesteak and ultimate fries were simply delicious. So now on to the wings. I would have never thought wings at Charley’s would be some serious contenders. Now I wasn’t a fan of the garlic parm, but only because it’s not my flavor. But the lemon pepper is more to my liking. The wings were not only full of flavor, but very crispy. The garlic parm were also crispy and my wife really enjoyed them. Now with that out of the way. I have to give a huge thank you to Mike for providing great service throughout our time there. Remember my lemonade? Prior to leaving Mike asked if I would like a refill. That kind of gesture you don’t get from anywhere often and that just shows that the customer remains a priority from ordering to walking out the door full and happy. Thank you again Mike and to the cook. This Charley’s location will definitely be our go to in the future.

I used the woman’s restroom before ordering and it was dirty and smelled like old urine. Really bad. I left without ordering. I can’t eat at a place that doesn’t have clean restrooms. I assume the people who work here use the nasty bathroom and if they don’t care about bathroom cleanliness, I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like. I’m disappointed, I wanted some loaded fries and a sammich now I have to find another place to eat.

Every time my husband and I visit this particular Charlie’s we are always greeted with smiles and great customer service. They always cook our food fresh and exactly how we requested our orders. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! Mike, the owner, was incredibly respectful, informative, and professional from start to finish. On top of it all, he went above and beyond by offering a generous discount for me and my mother, which we greatly appreciated. He even provided us with complimentary coupons to take with us on our way out. Truthfully, I wish I could have tipped more for his hospitality, but there was only so much I could hold in my pockets. If any man deserves more, it is this man right here. I pray for his business to flourish for him and his family because they absolutely deserve it. God bless. The food was absolutely spectacular with every bite bursting with flavor, and the restaurant itself was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that Mike truly cares about his customers and the quality of his establishment. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.

Friendly staff. Cheese steak meat isn't full of gristle. If you have a spare few minutes, I highly recommend eating in if you get their fries. They are perfectly cooked.. crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They'll still taste great to-go, but the texture will be compromised.

It used to be my favorite place, but sense this workers wanna be judgmental what we order I will no longer be stopping by there who in the heck would say lemonade for girls just because a man orders lemonade what is wrong with you !!this is to the guy that worked they Saturday night when we stopped there around 730 pm We didn’t get his name but here’s how he looks ! Again He doesn’t like men ordering lemonade because its for girls yeah that’s what he said!!
I didn’t know what to treat myself to today. I ended up here. Worth every penny. Fresh… so delicious from the bread to the mushrooms, steak and cheese. Strawberry lemonade hot the spot. Try something different and eat here you won’t regret it.

We LOVE Charley's! However, the immediate smell walking in smells like sour cleaner. The bathrooms....VILE! I feel the smell may come from the bathrooms...not sure.
The food was great. I got the buffalo chicken and my husband got a standard Philly. We just get concerns from the cleanliness that our first time, may be our last time due to concerns.
