I love the Key West Chicken & Shrimp! The bourbon glaze has amazon flavor and adds to the sweet pineapple flavor. And the butter crossaints are the best.
If you go after 8pm they start running out of things though.

The beer-battered fish and shrimp looked like a winner; golden, crispy, and picture-perfect. But then I took a bite….. and realized they forgot the most important ingredient: flavor. It was like eating crunchy air. I made it through two shrimp and half a piece of fish before tapping out and ordering from next door. At least they remembered the spice rack!

This Cheddar's has really bad service. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes never saw a bartender and no one came to help me so I left. I will never come back to this location. So since I didn't get any service, I don't know if the food and drinks are good or not. I guess I'll stick to the Cheddar's on 410 and culebra

Cheddars is always amazing. Their chicken pot pie reminds me of the ones I used to eat when I was a kid. The servers are always on point, friendly, and welcoming. They’re really on top of their game and I love going here every chance I get.

We went to celebrate our anniversary but the food took so long we filled up on drinks and appetizers. We took it home though. That's not our server's fault, she was great! I honestly didn't even want to give service a 4, but because the food took too long, I felt I needed to. Sorry. Other than that everything was fantastic!

I’ve never done a 1 star review because I’ve work in the customer service industry for over 8 years so I tend to be very lenient. Upon arrival, they said the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I believe they said this to deter us from eating there but we stayed anyways. I asked the hostess if they were able to text us when the table is ready because there was no seating inside to wait.I gave her the phone number and I walked outside to sit with my family. A few moments went by and the waiting room cleared so we took a seat inside. Approximately 30 minutes later, a different hostess came out and asked us our name, then mentioned that they attempted to text us to let us know the table was ready. When I went inside to see what number they had on file a totally separate hostess stated a number that was one number off. The original hostess said to me that she “repeated” it back to me. Had that been the case I would’ve corrected her, she did not repeat it to me. Though I was frustrated, I calmly asked when can we be seated, she replied “in about 5 minutes”. When we were finally sat, my mother requested the manager. The manager came and got the story but did not come back with an update on how she would handle this problem for us. She walked past our table multiple times and even brought us refills but had no solution nor even acknowledged our frustrations with the hostesses. This was my very first time at the location and it is safe to say, that we will not be returning. I just wanted to write this review for anyone who wants to go but wants proper customer service.

I normally really enjoy everything about Cheddars. This visit the service was very slow. The waitress was nice, but it took too much time to receive our food. The quality was poor, and the bread which is typically very good was overcooked and hard. This is not typical of Cheddars, but I'll probably think twice before going to this location again.

The food and service were just great...Our waitress Roxy was 💯 % amazing. Roxy brought us our drinks quickly, and then the appetizer. Shortly after our food came. I had the blackened white fish with green beans and sweet carrots 🥕. Hubby had steak well done not burned with sweet carrots and coleslaw slaw. I had a watermelon 🍉 margarita. I love that I could take it in a Togo cup. Hubby had a Presidente Sangria. I also played a game on the monitor... I never expected to be charged for playing, I didn't see any words on it that it charged. Live and learn. Also, it took a gratuity without my noticing when I paid on the monitor. Next time we will pay cash at a check-out counter. I won't trust the monitor. So just be careful. I did enjoy the fun pizza game though 😁😊

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD!! Let's just say we will ABSOLUTELY NOT be back!! My husband and I were expected to have a great time at a going away dinner for a friend of his, so our standards were set high. We waited over an hour from quoted time to be sat and then over an hour again from being sat to have our food served. Many members of our party DID NOT have their food cooked correctly and then when it was made again, it was still incorrect!! My husband also got food poisoning from the chicken fried steak he ordered!! After all was said and done, the manager and the waitress stated that our card payment didn't go thru when it clearly debited from his bank on his end. We were absolutely not going to pay twice. A lot of menu items were also out of stock last night as well. Super disappointed in this experience. First AND last time my husband and I will EVER be visiting.

The customer service from our waitress was amazing. We were a large party party and she managed all of us very well. I would say the food could have been a little better. I ordered a sirloin steak medium, and it came out very overcooked and dry, unfortunately. Other than that, everything else was good. Our cocktails and appetizers were very delicious.
Granted it was Mother's Day so the wait was a little longer but still we were seated in about 30 minutes. Who took a little longer to come after the table but again it was Mother's Day. No regrets always good food nice atmosphere

The service and food was really good! It was Mother's Day and the place was packed! We were only a party of three, we got seated immediately! Our server Bri, she was excellent and the kitchen made our food so good! Thank you for a very nice Mother's Day dinner!!

Thank you so much to our waiter who really made my Mother’s Day a fantastic luncheon with my kiddos. I had Salmon sweet carrots, and that sweet honey bread they bring you. So very nice! Not to mention the sweet tea with lemon. I mean come on now, can’t get any better. But most of all, the waiter was witty, kind and very helpful. The Best!

Country fried chicken was so good! White Country gravy is a must. Chicken was crispy and tender. Crossants are very good, a little messy.
I ordered online for my lunch break and it was ready around the time they said it was going to be but i had requested utensils with the order and didnt check for them by the time i went back to my worksite i realized i was going to have to eat my sides with my fingers not ideal.
