I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but when I got it home, there were two buns, three pickles, two tomatoes and lettuce, no chicken! How can something like that happen. It was worth the time to drive back. I won't go there again.

I’ve made my 4th phone call today within the span of a few weeks pertaining incorrect order. They often make my sandwich wrong and the lettuce they put on it is always old. No matter how many I call nothing changes , the cooks do not care to check the order to make it correctly.

Place is amazingly clean! Food is great. The service is friendly and they have a kids play place which is a big plus. I'm so sad to see how few places have a play place in them. I won't be frequenting any other Chick-fil-As which have gutted the play place for extra parking or outdoor walk-up ordering areas.

I just want to thank this store for accommodating my request, we usually ask for no crust on our Mac and Cheese and they did it 😁 So grateful for this… Last picture is of what we normally get of the crust on our Mac and Cheese and the rest is from today’s order (I don’t know where my photos went)

The only chic fil a in San Antonio that doesn’t serve you lunch until is 10:30am don’t know what’s the difference but I’ll go to any other and they don’t care they only tell me is going to be a 10 to 15 min wait and I’m fine with it but it’s all good I’ll never come to this one

As always the food is delicious. But I couldn’t understand why is posible the play ground issues for almost THREE WEEKS !!!!!!! Our kiddos deserve a better maintenance service.
