I always have a great experience at this Chili’s, and a huge part of that is thanks to Hailey and Jordan. They are hands down two of the best servers I’ve ever had — friendly, attentive, and genuinely great at what they do. Whether I’m dining in or picking up, they always make sure everything is perfect and go out of their way to provide excellent service. It’s rare to find people who consistently care this much, and it makes all the difference.

Food is good everytime we eat there. Our waitress this time is exceptionally kind! But the water or all foutain base drinks sucks! Just horrible taste! Hope they’ll have bottled drinks!

We went in for our daughter's bday and our waitress was super cool / fast (goth / tattoo girl?). I totally forgot her name (but it was original though), but she was super attentive and super kind to my daughter (and to all of us). Our food (chicken crispers, etc) was outstanding and the price was excellent! Military discount too! Love this place, its food and the people!

Have gone 2 fridays in a row and got Jeremy both times and he was amazing his service is 100% like I never had to ask or anything he already knew when to refill and was kind and professional.. our food was on point everything tasted great and the place was clean and kid friendly.

Took a lil trip to the Forum an stopped in at Chilis for a bite to eat, had the most wonderful and bubbly server Jordyn. Loved how she matched my energy, she was very fast attentive and overall perfect. I had the Fajita Trio thingy an my boyfriend got Cajun Pasta with the Cheese Sticks, everything was amazing an fresh. Jordyn had our backs the whole time never letting our cups empty, although Ill miss those cups she cleared from our table filled with sweet watermelon lemonade as we left but we got the Togo cups so it was okay. Overall 100 out of 10 Jordyn should definitely be the owner of this establishment an get a raise, frankly if she ran for president id vote for her. Jordyn for president 2026 and long live J. C. (Jordyn's Chili's).

Food is good but customer service sucks here…Waiter came up to my table and didn’t introduce himself. Every time someone brought me food or drinks I would thank you and they wouldn’t acknowledge what I said. Customer service horrible, food is great though.
