There’s a reason this Chipotle has a 2 star rating on Yelp. Went with my friend and her son; the employee literally just sprinkled the food into her bowl. The serving size was incredibly small and I had to ask for more rice (she had scraped the bottom of the bowl for half a scoop). The rice was dry and hard due to being from the bottom of the container. Both my friend and her son mentioned the quality of the food was poor as well.

Visited on 16th August — ordered 3 veg bowls, 1 chicken bowl, and tacos. Shockingly, two veg bowls were contaminated with beef. The manager was late, rude, and dismissive — gave a passive-aggressive “ok sorry” and walked away. After much arguing, only 1 bowl was refunded. Serious food safety issue and terrible customer service. Won’t return.

We ordered sofritas bowl and veggies bowl and ended up having beef in it. We were informed manager will come and talk to fix this but she was not very helpful....out of 2 bowls she only agreed to refund one bowl

Terrible service. I walked in at 10:20pm and there was a line all the way to the door. I hear everyone order and then getting told they are only serving whatever they have out and will not make more even though there was a line of people. The staff was also eating chips in the middle of cashing people out which is very unsanitary. One of the cashiers stopped helping once her boyfriend came in and served him and didn’t ring him up, ignoring all the others in line. I was very disappointed to see/hear all of this.

never had an issue with this place until today. I got charged for more than what I ordered. I got charged for two bags of chips instead of one (very stale chips might i add) a side of queso which I didn’t receive and guac which i didn’t get or asked for. The person taking my order was very rude, telling me they couldn’t hear me and then making a face when I raised my voice a little in order for them to hear me. I asked for a bag to put my food in and they just threw the bowl in the bag and slammed the bag on the counter then very rudely asked me “Do you wanna drink or not?” Then I asked why my ticket was almost $19 and after stating “you ordered it” they refused to give me a receipt. Chipotle really needs to hire better staff.
I’ve been going here since it opened and there has been an obvious decline in cleanliness and standards. I went today to pick up a bowl and I was actually will post how filthy it is inside. I don’t think I can eat here again.

This didn't have to be a difficult experience but when you as a customer want something by itself then you say that I can't have it by itself when its clearly on the menu by itself and not a meal...what sense does that make? Then you have employees rolling their eyes as if I was trying to create the problem but im just trying to get a quesadilla by itself and not a kids meal, whats the issue? Then being forced to just pay for it, cause I dont want seem want to see like a total A-Hole and not get it. Just put on the menu thats its a meal and not by itself and I'll just move on.
