This didn't have to be a difficult experience but when you as a customer want something by itself then you say that I can't have it by itself when its clearly on the menu by itself and not a meal...what sense does that make? Then you have employees rolling their eyes as if I was trying to create the problem but im just trying to get a quesadilla by itself and not a kids meal, whats the issue? Then being forced to just pay for it, cause I dont want seem want to see like a total A-Hole and not get it. Just put on the menu thats its a meal and not by itself and I'll just move on.

The girl with the colored hair was rude.Chicken wasn’t done and when I asked how long it would be she got an attitude.Very unprofessional.I go out of my to come to this location because I THOUGHT it was the best one but today’s service was absolutely terrible.She was very rude to us ladies that were in line.Idk if I will be back to this location because of her attitude.

I just left this location after waiting in line for 12 minutes, only to find out that they are completely out of chicken. I look behind the burrito maker and there is a guy who has just started cooking still raw chicken I asked the girl how long it would take and she said 15 to 20 minutes! I then asked her why they didn't start making chicken 10 minutes ago so they wouldn't run out of the main ingredient and she said it was because she was on her break. Ma'am there are eight other people working in here and you're telling me that they couldn't figure out that they needed to start the chicken? Irritated!

I actually drive past the Chipotle on Kitty Hawk in order to go to this one. And it's absolutely sensational every time.

The food is tasty, the atmosphere is casual with indoor and outdoor seating, and service is usually smooth. A great go-to for a quick and satisfying meal.

The staff in training is inexperienced, but when they turn to a supervisor to ask any guidance for customer questions, the shift supervisor talks over them in a matter of fact, we don't care about customer needs type of tone. While customers are in the middle of ordering They begin to shut down the drinks/flatware Station for cleaning at 9pm even though they don't close till 11pm. I needed a refill but they already toss out the tea and don't make any more. The amount of food received in a bowl is about 2/3 what you get at the location down the road.
