The family was in complete disarray. It would be understandable if it was busy but they weren't. Every area of this store needed attention. Restrooms, dining room, salad bar, soda station, etc etc. Very disappointing. This restaurant caters to families but you could easily see this wasn't important to them when my family arrived.

Never been a fan... went to a kids birthday party. The noise, the food, the games.. just not my place to be. Enjoyed seeing all of the kids faces in delight playing the games and getting a hug from Chuck E.

Just had the best experience with my family at this Chuck E Cheese location , the food was excellent the salad bar was fresh and neatly kept and the staff was amazing , especially Jodi, she was very friendly with the staff and I was watching the interactions with the customers , she was very respectful and super informative when it came to the menu and specials offered . She displayed true leadership and qualities needed for a great experience , We will definitely be coming back to this location 😁

We were running a bit late due to bad traffic but they saved our spot for my nieces' party.
The employees did an amazing job.
The food was good.
Overall, we were happy with the atmosphere. Definitely for the kiddos.

attended a birthday party here, the pizza was hot & fresh & the area was clean, Chuck E. could have been a bit more enthusiastic during the birthday performance, but the workers next to him made up for it. Just something to keep in mind since he’s the attraction.
Took my grandson and adult sons for dinner and fun. The adventure zone was new to me but my 5yr old grandson spent more time there than playing games. My adult sons had a blast on the football and basketball games. We had a large pepperoni pizza, wings, drinks and I had a salad bar. Everything but the salad bar was fine. When my sons were kids the salad bar was amazing. Most items had been picked over or the cucumbers were almost empty and sitting in murky water. The onion slices too big but there were no knives for cutting bites. Overall everyone had a blast, the dance party with Chuck e even got my grandson involved. The Chuck e actor even got my adult sons to give hugs. The place was very clean. I was also witness to the manager(i think) finding an option for a very large family to save over 150 dollars. That is amazing!!

Cameron did an awesome job providing customer service and went above and beyond doing so. The food here is also lowkey really good, wish Dominos had wings like these too because these at chuck e. cheese are underrated. Our gold pass provides us the best perks and today was dip n dots amongst other things like 1000 free tickets etc
10/10 for this location, also they just got a new paw patrol game for your little ones like mine who demanded to play it the first time they saw it. Very easy to play too, my little ones loved it and of course my 9 year old loves playing mario kart with dad every time. Needless to say the environment here is unmatched.
