Fun but expensive!
All of the employees were super helpful, attentive, and understanding of our needs!
Very good and very clean great staff.
Kids Place
Good times by all!!
Booked a birthday party and was nvr informed the central ac was not working. We arrived for our party and noticed portable ac units EVERYWHERE half of them was venting hot exhaust air into the space due to the exhaust tube falling off. Which made the birthday area HOT. I was informed by the staff the ac would be down for 5 months and NO discounted pricing was available. Kids had an awesome time despite the heat , until it was time to leave and no staff was available for the prize counter which broke the kids heart, after waiting 15 mins for assistance we decided to just leave. Food was crap service was crap, staff at trampoline area set on their phones like a lump on a log.
We will nvr return to this location
DO BETTER CHUCK E. CHEESE
Very understaffed there is a long wait time in the lines. The boy at the counter for the toys is very rude you can tell he don't want to be there. He didn't want to help us at all. And this place is extremely hot no air conditioning working 3 portable ACs only.
The young ladies Ana(in the kitchen), Kaylee and Skylar(ticket girls/cashier) and Jodi(cashier) hands down had THE BEST customer service and professionalism was on point! Great job ladies, thank u so much for a great experience at your establishment this wknd! 🤗
Great place and lots of fun.
Kids love coming here and the food is pretty tasty too. But the hours are wrong online.

The value of visiting Chuck E. Cheese for children is extremely low. I was disappointed, as the cost was high $100 and we only took our 10 year old and they were ok with it but their were other children asking to play but no more money for games said one parent said. Similar things were heard from other families. I spent $46 on a bland pizza, 10-piece Tyson bag wings, and two sodas. It’s disheartening to see such price gouging, especially since the wings are of low quality. The breakdown is $14 for pizza, $6 for wings, and $5 for sodas would be the typical cost at a grocery store. I won’t be returning with my children. A 1-hour game pass for $31 is excessive, especially compared to Mr. Gattis and Peter Piper Pizza, which are much better. The venue is still dirty, with sticky game surfaces and prizes that are essentially plastic trash. I found similar items at a dollar store for under $5. Some parents in their 30s mentioned it wasn’t as expensive as they remembered, but the constant ads during kids’ content are disappointing. I rate the staff a 10; they do their best, likely being understaffed and underpaid, which is evident.
We love going to Chuck E Cheese's!! We have a large family and we do the Gold monthly pass. It's worth every penny and saves us the $29.99 monthly fee every time we go! With the new addition of a mini trampoline park, even our littlest ones are entertained. It doesn't get much better!
One downside, though... There's always a long wait at the register. But it's always worth it!
Made to order pizza
Clean beverage station
Clean salad bar
Clean tables
New jungle Jim added for $12 not bad
They don't have bread sticks or egg for the salad bar bummer
Max of 4 employees for whole store , which means be patient and watch your children some kiddo was trying to be spiderman on all the games .. the mom was too busy engaging in a gossip conversation. Poor supervision
Yes it's expensive but they need the money to stay open you do the math.

My son had great time, even though our party didn't have a host we were helped inmensely by the young manager that morning 11/30, she was great and the new machines and trampoline were awesome for the kids, no complaints here.

It's not like 2015 anymore, no animatronics, no slides, just screens. I guess it's for the new generation.
