I'm usually satisfied with Crumbl, but today not so much. What is the point of being able to pre-order for later in the day if they are just going to give your order to someone else? Any other place that I pre order online at would notify me before the order time that something was out of stock/not available. I do know that when a cookie variety is out, you aren't able to order. Why would I be able to place an order for a certain cookie, then when I pick up later as...
Crumbl is an amazing place to go get a sweet treat and unsurprisingly my favorite place to go period. The service is wonderful, the workers are very welcoming and the cookies themselves never disappoint! 10/10 recommend Crumbl Cookie.
I have tried Crumbl at least three times now. The cookies LOOK amazing. Unfortunately, they have been consistently underwhelming, in my opinion.
Locations tend to have self-service ordering stations, which helps the employees move through orders quickly.
There is not much to say about the "atmosphere" as the store fronts are intended for pick-up-and-go service, not dine-in.
