My wife and I eat here at least once a month. The food is always good and the employees are usually very pleasant. I wish they had Coke instead of Pepsi, but otherwise an excellent place for lunch.

I was told a while ago that Freddy's wasn't good...I'm here to tell you that it's scrumptious! Juicy hamburger's and petite French fries ...and creamy custard for dessert...it's a favorite for me!

I love this place for the last time I went there for my birthday my sandwich was overcooked I didn't want to go back over there because they doing construction but I wasn't happy with my food the shake tasted okay

Reliable with great shakes.
I’ve been here a good amount of times and they never disappoint. It’s relatively sanitary and the food, along with the shakes, is delicious. The staff is very friendly and always down to give suggestions and listen to feedback.

The food is always hot and good, and the shakes are always delicious. The one thing I have a problem with is the sauce bins not being full. I would rather get them myself and not have to talk to anyone.

I have never had a bad experience until tonight. Our order was missing several items (drinks, custard, and utensils) When we politely brought it to the staff’s attention and thanked them, we were met with attitude and were ignored afterward. What was more troubling is that once we finally received our drinks, one was filled with way too much ice (barely any drink), and the other had no ice at all and wasn’t filled properly. It felt intentional.

This made us question whether our food may have also been tampered with, which is extremely concerning from a customer safety standpoint.

We understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and what seemed like retaliation when we simply asked for what we paid for is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior and I encourage others to double-check their orders and be cautious.

Needs more customer service on ice cream (crew just forgets your order & upset whencustomers questions what happened.). Good food selections. The front counter lady (matured) is awesome!!

Great family fast food place. Love the turtle yogurt Icecream sundae there. A bit noisy for us older adults inside, I usually drive through or sit out front.
