What a great experience! My first time dining in and I saw a young gentleman constantly attending to the restaurant, restocking and cleaning the entire time. He seemed to really be invested in everything being addressed and cleaned. The food was fresh, hot and came out real fast. Dominic asked us if we needed anything and was so friendly and checked on us. He had a great personality, made us feel valued and showed that he cared about his customers. It was very busy but the staff seemed to be hustling in harmony. I’m sold on the custard hype. Felt more like a restaurant than a fast food jawns. Great job. Will come back.Parking: Only one way in and one way out.

Not worth it. I read the reviews and thought I'd try it. Very disappointing. The burger patties are prezsed so thin there is absolutely no moisture to them. I got twp patties

There smash burgers and cheese curds are just amazing. I don't have it often but ofcourse custard there rocks too. I recently had their hot dog ans was pleasantly surprised as well, they use the top load style buns griddled on the side and this is a huge plus for me!

So i dont mind freddy’s. this one in particular is fine, sometimes they over salt my burgers and it can be gross. but what makes me so genuinely upset about this place is one old lady in particular. an old white lady there who is always working at the front and she is always rude to me. always talking yo me with attitude and passive aggression. i went to get my pickup order, as usual i check the bag. not that i doubt any worker i just check out of habit or in case there is more sauce i want to grab. but from all the way from the counter while im standing at a table, she tells me pretty loudy “i checked the bag” with a lot of sass. i tell her “yeah i am just checking” and she goes “everything is in there” again all rude. i tell her i just liked to check and she is like “everything is in there” then leaves me alone. the food is already in my hands and i have already paid. so what if i want to check my own food so please dont talk to me like a child. i may be younger than her but she always talks to me extremely rude that i stopped going as much for lunch at work. she ruins my mood every time by just being unnecessarily rude to me.

Food is great, too bad they never get your order right, and today is the reason I'm giving a negative review, it's not uncommon for places to forget food as much as this place does,or for the employees to be short with you like they are at this place, but they expect you to come back in person rather than give give you your money back for the food they never gave you but took your money for over the phone. Saying sorry and telling me I can come back later to help them fix their screw up isn't acceptable, just give people the food they pay for in the first place, or type the card number on the machine and give us our money back over the phone.
