Picked up my order and it was extremely disappointing. Beans were undercooked, rice was crispy, and there were only about eight small pieces of chicken. They gave me what tasted like chopped bell pepper instead of jalapeños and there was tons of added cilantro which I hate and didn’t ask for. They didn’t add the requested sauce either. I am so done with them.

It was ok.

Went to grab an order of nachos for lunch and the chips where stale. I called free birds to let them know that my order wasn't fresh. Nadia answered and I explained to her that the chips on my order were stale. Nadia didn't know the difference between stale and soggy. The attitude she gave wasn't necessary when it's a them issue. Have fresh food and better customer service.
Y'all don't already wash your hands when dealing with people's food.

Decent over-all. Good pricing, lots of options. I got a veggie burrito and enjoyed it. My partner got the brisket and enjoyed it as well. If you want a burrito, and a bang for your buck then this place will take care of you. One thing that stood out is the queso and the freshness of the veggies 🙏

I’m starting to think Freebirds is in a competition with Chipotle to see who can give you less food and more disappointment. I was really surprised (and not in a good way) when I opened this container. For the price I paid, I expected a decent portion, but what I got was a few chopped pieces of chicken, some queso, and a dollop of guac barely big enough to cover a chip. The container isn't even close to full— maybe a third, if that. It honestly looks like a side dish, not a full meal. I ate this in like three bites. Definitely not worth the cost or the hype. I called corporate five times and emailed, and still waiting on a response. Very disappointed.

Greatly improved

I swore off this location for a while because of the poor quality last year.

Something has changed in staff or management, because the food is a hit every single time now.

Manager/store owner ( 30-40 years old wirh brown eyes and brown hair) was extremely rude to me. She skimped me on protein so much and I paid a lot for the bowl. I asked very nicely to get more protein and she got extremely defensive and basically said she wasn’t going to help me. I’ve never written a. Review in my LIFE but my experience here was truly awful and de humanizing ( I say this because I’ve been working service industry for months and I’ve never treated a customer like that) this happened like two months ago but barely writing a review now because I’m still not over this experience.

Food was good but for half my plate to be bean water and look like someone took a dump on my plate for 12$ is kinda pathetic. Especially when i paid 2$ extra for queso thats in here (allegedly).

Great place!
I’ve always been a big fan of this company.
Today I visited their location at the Forum.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and the air conditioning was set to be comfortable but not freezing.
It’s a little tricky to get to the place but very pleasant place to eat.

Dietary restrictions: They are as accommodating as they can be to people’s needs even by keeping kosher items separate from the rest of the main food.

Undercooked , hard rice , beans were hard and I didn’t taste any sauce in my burrito. I usually eat chipotle but this was the only option on door dash unfortunately . Totally regret it now because I was offered a lousy few bucks for a $19 monster burrito smh

Ordered online - online website was charming, delivery was quick and, while they may have forgotten to put in a bottle of hot sauce, they offered a refund. Pleased with the service, and the food is delicious - certainly comparable to Chipotle or Qdoba.

My only hope is that they expand their protein options to include barbacoa.
