Late night dining with friends. I was shocked to not see the ham and egg melt no longer on the menu. (That was my fav) Leticia was our server and she is superb. She was very patient with our table and went to confirm my asking of the item I wanted. I ended up with the Sampler. You can't go wrong with that plate.

After completing my meal at the IHOP on Agora Pkwy I paid my bill of $44.66 on my card and tipped my waitress Jasmine W. $10 cash. However when I later checked my bank statement I was charged $53.59. Coincidentally the original total (44.66) plus a 20% gratuity (8.93) equals $53.59 and when I brought this to the managers attention (Adele) I was told to ask my bank about the charge because she didn’t know. She then called the server over and asked if she had my signed receipt, Jasmine then responded “I don’t know where it is,” she then proceeded to aggressively put the $10 cash tip on the counter and quickly walked away. I asked Adele multiple times if she could please explain the strange situation or if she allowed her sever’s to write their own tips. However after constantly talking over me, Adele told me she wasn’t going to repeat herself anymore, and said that this was an issue for my bank. Despite my young age the manager (Adele) being the manager could have approached the situation professionally rather than making me feel like an inconvenience. For myself it’s the principle of the matter. I’m not sure if the server Jasmine made a clouded decision by tipping herself on top of the cash or the manager Adele condones forgery.

Very unprofessional, food took forever, drinks had to get ordered 3 times, then our server who originally took our order left? Then we got another one that had no clue what was going on.

Felt like my server wasn't all there she was high. I believe her name was Jennifer ive eate her before and didn't have a server that doesn't respect her job.
