Was not happy with my breakfast. I ordered a rise and shine. I did ask for crispy bacon crispy hashbrowns over medium eggs . Bacon was not Christy toasted burnt egg were over easy hashbrowns you could tell the burner was too high. They were burnt, but not crispy. Was not happy whatsoever with my breakfast.

I hated this place never going back. The waitress was horrible, the food was horrible. The biscuit I ordered looked like it was heated on the grill. The waitress took 20 minutes to bring the food. Then when we complained the waitress was arguing with us. When we told we were going to give the place one star she said still get paid. It was a horrible experience.

The gluten free pancakes were gummy. The entire restaurant was dirty. The “clean” tables all had a few crumbs, the floors were disgusting (we got there around 9:00am so it’s not like it was after a rush), our table had dried syrup stuck to it and the high chair they brought over for us to use was dirty as well. If this is how they keep the front of the restaurant I can only imagine how gross the kitchen is. I wouldn’t return.

Food is still good. Got new people. Waited a bit longer than I should have for my food. But it has improved.
My sister and I came in to eat lunch, no one was wearing hairnet. Found a hair in my food, my sister's hashbrowns weren't fully cooked, the lady next to us has a big clump of uncooked batter in her pancakes. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, the server smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and was very scattered all over the place. Upon complaining she said she'd give us a discount for out $35 meal. The discount was $2. We were charged $33 for a meal with someone's nasty hair in it and undercooked food. Disgusted and will not be giving this location my business ever again.

Food is okay but not the best. I ordered a steak omelette and it was decent. The service is a bit slow the food took almost an hour. The waitress took time to refill our coffee and didn’t take plates away as she was serving.

The servers were doing their very best. The food took over an HOUR to arrive and when it did my order was never put in. So, had to wait even longer. The food that finally came to our table was gross. I ended up not really eating it. Do better with your cooks IHOP.
