Quality of food and service has really gone downhill. Never good when you order coffee and it is not fresh. Seems like the cook doesn't care what comes out of his or her kitchen. Just there to collect a paycheck. No pride at all. Will not return to this particular restaurant in the future and will certainly let anyone that is planning to go to change their minds.

When you wait 50 minutes for your order to be completely brought to the table and the table that came after you had already received their food and paid their tab; something is clearly wrong. Manager never came to address the problem.Kudos to the server, handling it the best they could.

Wanted to make sure and express my gratitude for this location and all who work here. Ordered food this afternoon and picked up in store. Come to find out our order wasn't correct and I had to come back so they could fix it. Jules, the employee I encountered upon entering the store, was so awesome and patiently heard my complaints and bent over backwards to fix any wrongs. Nicole, her supervisor, offered us a complimentary meal for our family which we took them up on this evening. This is what good customer service is. I'm grateful for my experience with these people, as they showed true passion in what they do. Jules, thank you for sharing a little of who u are with me. Keep going forward. Food portions was very small not enough to feed a man I did service for 28 ihop in chicago use to have a full plate of food the food wasn’t enough for a 5 year
