Cashier was just lacking in customer service. Clearly did not want to take any extra steps. Forgot two things I ordered and made such a face when I asked for one of the forgotten items I dared not ask for the other! No trash can to throw away my food and just not accommodating

I love this restaurant and I've been coming here here long enough that the staff know my family and I. I've watch employee come and go. I've even watched some employees move up to managers. This restaurant is in the Forum so once you're done eating go ahead and shop around. Friendly staff and My daughters and I love eating there a few time out of the week.

I’ve always ordered the Super Bowl. The past few times they’re barely adding any queso. It’s not drizzled. It’s not there. They aren’t even adding a tablespoon. This is very disappointing. The next time this happens I will return it. Stop cutting corners. The Super Bowl needs the queso. Are y’all trying to make me order a side of queso? Make the bowl the right way and stop cheating your customers.

The food was good, our waiter was a perfect gentleman, the restaurant was nice. The only problem I had was the music, if you can call it that. AC/DC over the speaker and it was too loud. We could hardly hear ourselves think. That was NOT proper dinner music for this type of restaurant and clientele. It was more conducive to an ulcer and upset stomach rather than a peaceful dinner.

I went last week and I became very sick after. The food was not hot and this is only place that I went out to get food at so I know that it's from this location. I know it because the food was not hot. Don't they know that it's supposed to be at least 165°. I'm a food service manager and this is the reason that I don't eat out usually. I was very starving and didn't have any breakfast that day so I needed something fast and I usually like going here because everything had been very hot before when I picked it up. But this time I don't know what happened to the staff. You have to take a food handlers test in order to get the job which requires knowing about sanitation. And as well if the food service manager is supposed to oversee and make sure this food is certified to eat and it's the right temperature. If you're not telling your staff and enforcing things that need to be done they're just going to run array and not care. I'm very disappointed.

I had to checkout the hype of the pork tamales. I was not impressed at all. I wasn't a fan of the flavor and they were too greasy for me. The dozen pork tamales will run you 16.23 plus tax
Wasn't too busy, excellent server that acknowledged my daughter's birthday as well as her own. Thank you! Overall a great experience.

Really enjoy the food chain and each location is different, but every experience I've had here is consistent. Very poor service and sometimes ignored all together until we chase down a random wait person. Today after 10 minutes of waiting we just walked out, only person to even greet us was the hostess. I'm not trying to trash talk the food by any means just the service. Location 1604 and O'Connor.
