Placed a order online and arrived to be told my Food is ready but I have to wait for the guy to bag it up but there’s a line of people and the phones ringing so here I am staring at my food get nice and cold while all the other employees walk around doing nothing so what was the point of ordering online. It’s a bit ridiculous as I am in a rush and that’s why I ordered online but whatever now I know and won’t be ordering from this location

Everytime we go there, there is always a problem with our waiter/waitress. Everyone is being helped but we are just being ignored, and our so called “waiter” LUIS was just ignoring us when we needed to order our drinks and food. We didn’t realize that everyone he was helping was WHITE and we were the only MEXICANS there and we were being IGNORED. He’s running to the other customers and just passing us and still nothing. This is definitely a form of racism.!! WORST PLACE EVER.!!!! If there was an option for a “ NO STAR “ that would be it.!!

It's a good fast food/sit-down restaurant. For the most part the food is really good. They also serve beer, margaritas, and a small range of hard alcohol.
The service and food are great here most of the time. Every so often, the food is a bit over-cooked or a bit spicy, but you can always count on it being served well and getting great service overall. They also change up the scenery a bit with each changing season, including things to do with the kids for holidays such as Christmas and Halloween.
Count on getting service related discounts, but always be sure to ask for them when paying. The app could use definite improvement, but at least customers can accumulate points for future use as a discount. Again, be sure to mention prior to paying! They cannot be applied after the fact.
