I was excited to learn about this place from my son, as we've not found a truly remarkable pizza in San Antonio. We loved Ms Ellies, but since it closed, nothing else has checked all the right buttons on our pizza meter. The crust was phenomenal....thin base, bubbled up charred edges, slight crisp on the surface giving way to the perfect chew. MiaMarco’s pizza was worth the 40 min drive! We will definitely be back. The pizza was picture perfect and had an amazingly fresh taste and flavor. It was great meeting Joey, the owner, who was so friendly and took the time to speak to us and feel so welcomed. Can’t wait til the next time.
