A sharp sourdough taste and crisp to the dough complemented by good cheese. Which seems to be a neutral creamy cheese like mottzerella and a stronger sharper cheese like Parmesan. The sharpness may alsi come from the sauce which was tangy with zippy acidity and enough sweetness to balance everything. I would like the dough to be more sweet and chewy though.

I’m going to say this Pizza was actually pretty good. However I can’t give anymore than 4 stars because I don’t think the taste was worth what we paid for it. Based on the other reviews I was actually excited to try their pizza but I wasn’t satisfied sadly. The large pizza it’s a really good size compared to other places. That being said I don’t think we will be coming again.

I was excited to learn about this place from my son, as we've not found a truly remarkable pizza in San Antonio. We loved Ms Ellies, but since it closed, nothing else has checked all the right buttons on our pizza meter. The crust was phenomenal....thin base, bubbled up charred edges, slight crisp on the surface giving way to the perfect chew. The sauce...perfect in its simplicity...just tomatoes and not much else, if anything....perfect amount of cheese (light) so it doesn't weigh down the pie. Fresh basil. Sopressata. It's a walk-up window, and some small seating areas outside... no dine-in option at present. I can't hold that against them. It's just where they are in their Journey so far. But I do look forward to the time that they have a dine-in area and wine to enjoy with their fabulous pizza.

Best thin crust pizza I have ever had in my 33 years! Had the “bobo mushroom” and the “da meatball”. Extremely good pizza, very good ingredients, and cooked perfectly! I will be back!
