Hands down, Best pizza in town. My husband and I have tried all of the top rated pizza spots and nothing stands even close to Mia Marcos. Not only is their pizza top tier but their lemon sheet cake and cheesecake is to die for and they have fantastic customer service.
This pizza was amazing. My friend brought it over, and it wasn't even hot anymore, and it still hits my top 5 list!

A sharp sourdough taste and crisp to the dough complemented by good cheese. Which seems to be a neutral creamy cheese like mottzerella and a stronger sharper cheese like Parmesan. The sharpness may alsi come from the sauce which was tangy with zippy acidity and enough sweetness to balance everything. I would like the dough to be more sweet and chewy though.
