It’s frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings. Nothing more, nothing less.

I’m not sure if all orange leaf frozen yogurt places do the same thing, but we asked for some sample cups and the only employee apparently had to come out from behind the counter and dispense the sample cups for us. Huh? Not sure what that’s about, but after she gave us one sample, she had to return to the cash register to assist another customer with checkout. Yeah, we walked straight up out of there. Mmmm, looks like our family will stick with Four Seasons off 1604/ Blanco. The owner is always there, cleaner, more employees, more selection, and they allow us to dispense our own samples.

We were HUGE fans of this place when it opened because the flavors offered were a DELICIOUS alternative to traditional ice cream parlors/establishments. After revisiting this location many years later I'm wishing it would go back to the way it was. This is the second time I've come here amd the flavors now are SO WATERED DOWN Toasty Marshmellow tasted.more like vanilla than Vanilla. Each flavor tastes like it's been watered down somehow and the savory tastes that excited me at the opening are gone. I don't forsee coming back here as they got rid of their rewards programs also. It is NOT leaving me with a good taste in my mouth.
A message to the management, we like this establishment and what it represents for seekers of the alternative high calorie frozen options for us Texans, but PLEASE fix this place.

While visiting family in San Antonio we walked into Orange Leaf and purchased ice cream at 9:30pm. This location closes at 10pm. We sat inside and ate our ice cream. As we were leaving my son (3 years old) said he had to use the potty. We saw the bathrooms were blocked so I asked if we could go to the restrooms. The girl at the counter said no. My husband asked why. She said that they already cleaned the restrooms and they can’t reopen them. It’s company policy. She’s saying this as one girl is sweeping, and her and one that claimed to be the manager continue to fill up the candy and topping bar so they could leave at closing I guess. It was 9:45! My husband again reminded them that we were just in there eating ice cream and that he just needs to use the restroom. I know that had this incident gotten recorded it would have gone viral. Why would you continue to sell ice cream to customers and not let them use the restrooms?

Place is falling down the drain, dirty and filthy. There was a long piece of hair in the strawberries! Had several yogurt dispensers out of order and to top it off when it came to pay at the end I wanted to use a $2 off coupon I received in my emails and they told me they could not use that. When I asked why they told me it’s because the owner does not allow coupons at their location. Seriously?! Do better.

My kids and I often frequent the Forum location and we really enjoy our visits. It's clean and they always have the best flavor options. However.. the fact that the owner requires their employees to text them to ask if they can honor the email clubs coupons, in my opinion, is ridiculous. What's the point of signing up and receiving the coupons if 9 times out of 10 the owner refuses to accept them?

Me And my son came in for a father son experience. The place was nasty, the yogurt stations were nasty not clean and huge piles of yogurt on the floor. And now let’s get into the employees, first of all they were loud unprofessional and rude, one of the examples was they were all talking with a loud voice that everyone could hear, I saw one of the lady’s pick her nose and handle food. They started screaming about how they were closing in a few minutes and than proceeded to let others in to get their yogurt, they didn’t let someone go to the bathroom either, my son was mad at me and this experience I don’t recommend coming here as i personally will not be coming back.

I love coffee so I got the coffee, chocolate and vanilla mixed together and it was amazing. My family of 4 love Orange leaf. This location is pretty clean and the staff is good. We like all the different toppings that are offered.

Stopped in about 30 minutes before closing at the end of a long day of shopping. The store machines and toppings bar were very clean and organized. I did not get the names of either associate but both were very friendly and efficient despite the fact they must have been exhausted this close to closing. Our son is nerodivergent and can become a little over chatty and jittery especially after the stress of big crowded stores. Staff treated him with dignity and courtesy like any other customer. To show acceptance for who you are is the single best way to meet the needs of your disabled customers. The toasted coconut flavor is amazing.Furnishings are trendy and kept clean.

They have multiple signs around for different options other than the throw everything and pay for lb option and when I asked for the swizzle option they advertise where u pay a set price of 4.99 they claim they don’t have the option when I asked why do you have the sign up then they answer “idk” I’m annoyed bc the lb option comes out to 8.00-10.00 no matter what bc the yogurt is so heavy who wants to pay 8-10 for a person size yogurt

Yogurt good. Place ask for tip on checkout screen. Employees do nothing to earn a tip. Pay employees and stop asking for tips.

Terrible experience with an employee , would probably come back if the same staff member wasn’t there.
