This dessert shop is located at The Forum at Olympia Parkway. It has been a while since we went to a Frozen Yogurt shop. I love the self serve option. It cost $0.69 per ounce which is a reasonable price. They had a large selection of flavors such as marshmallow, vanilla, cookies and cream, cheesecake, pineapple, etc. I appreciated that there were labels that stated if it is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc. They also have a large selection of toppings. I like getting the cookie dough, brownies, popping bobas, white chocolate chips and marshmallow syrup. I like the ambiance of the place. The fun seating and the orange decor creates a fun atmosphere for families. Overall, I'm glad that there is a dessert place like this in the area.

Stopped in about 30 minutes before closing at the end of a long day of shopping. The store machines and toppings bar were very clean and organized. I did not get the names of either associate but both were very friendly and efficient despite the fact they must have been exhausted this close to closing. Our son is nerodivergent and can become a little over chatty and jittery especially after the stress of big crowded stores. Staff treated him with dignity and courtesy like any other customer. To show acceptance for who you are is the single best way to meet the needs of your disabled customers.The toasted coconut flavor is amazing.Furnishings are trendy and kept clean.

They have multiple signs around for different options other than the throw everything and pay for lb option and when I asked for the swizzle option they advertise where u pay a set price of 4.99 they claim they don’t have the option when I asked why do you have the sign up then they answer “idk” I’m annoyed bc the lb option comes out to 8.00-10.00 no matter what bc the yogurt is so heavy who wants to pay 8-10 for a person size yogurt

Got yelled at by employee “we are closed!” We were just trying to finish the yogurt we got. Had to finish out side as we were kicked out. Glad I don’t live near here haha. Yogurt still taste good as always so 2 stars. Get better customer service. We woulda been done eating in 5 min tops.
They got rid of the small cups and it's all too easy for kids to accidentally fill too much. Not to mention it's hard to keep track of carbs. The customer service was not the best and the lady told me the cup issue is only a problem if people stop coming in. Not the right response.

Lots of flavor choices for the frozen soft serve yogurt. They also have have dairy free pineapple like Dole Whip. Lots of topping choices. Gets a bit expensive if you fill the very large cup too full

Definitely recommend coming here! They have a very sanitary environment. The frozen yogurt is self served with a large variety of toppings and flavors to choose from. The prices are determined on the weight of your froyo which is pretty reasonable and if you don’t have that many topping it’s normal pretty inexpensive.

For those that love yogurt, this is a great place that has great flavors and an array of toppings. I have been to this particular Orange Leaf and it has always been good, except this time.Our family went to this Orange Leaf yesterday (3/26/22). So the process Before you even get to the cups to serve your yogurt the store has a table with a big bottle of sanitizer. There was a sign that says to clean your hands before you get your cup. So I followed the instructions and picked my cup and served my yogurt, paid for it and went to sit with my family. When I got to sit down I noticed that there was lipstick on my cup. I went back to the front of the store and showed a young man the cup and he said began to argue with me and said he had to go back and check the cameras. He had to also talk to the manager. After waiting for five minutes the manager came out, heard my concerns and after much debate she said go get another one and you will have to pay the difference. I agree and went to get another cup of yogurt and the manager weighedIt and charged me for a whole new cup of yogurt. The manager took the payment of my first cup and told me the difference is 40 cents. I gave her $5.00 and expected $4.60 back. But she proceeded to charge me for a whole new cup!! She gave me back $1. 46. I explained that I was only paying for the difference before the first cup that was 40 cents. This manager could not comprehend that she was changing me for two cups!!!! I tried to do the math and explain the charges for over ten minutes. Then she agreed and said she didn’t know how to work the register cause they had a new system. She then agreed she owed me more money n came back with 96 cents. She owes me $4.60 and still owed me money. This manager did not know how to do simple addition and subtraction!!!! It’s sad to see that she could not see that she had over charged me and could not figure out what she owed me!! To not argue with her anymore cause she was confused and had no comprehension of how much she owed me I told her just forget you don’t understand!! Hire a new manager that knows math!!
