I was in line waiting for a man in front of me to pay (he didn’t speak English) and he was trying to order a drink. Rebecca couldn’t understand him so I helped the man by pointing to the drinks that are more on our side of the counter then the employees side. He grabbed one, no issue. When it’s my turn I grab a cup and Rebecca rudely asks me to refrain myself from grabbing cups. I understand that she may be on the spectrum but she should check her attitude especially after I helped her do her job. Three stars because the food was still good.

Every time I go they are usually pretty fast. I wanna shout-out Katie (I think that's her name) and the girl that was working the cash register. I could tell both of them were stressed because of the lunch rush, but they powered through and were very nice and fast!
I've been to plenty of panda expresses and this one is pretty good. It is clean and decent service.

They tend to prioritize to go orders before they even look at people walking in the door. I’ve seen them take entire bowls full of food, and empty it out for to go orders, and if you’re wanting the same thing, they’ll make you wait 20 minutes for it. I know that stores are now being tracked for response times on apps and there’s more of an incentive for tips, and third-party services penalize restaurants for their response time. Panda express certainly operates that way. So, in short, the service can suck majorly at times if you walk in.

I gave a one star for no more than the way the soda fountain is maintained, it is completely full of mold, the ice shoot and soda nozzles are. Please clean them . I have cancer and that is definitely not sanitary.
