I’ve seen them take entire bowls full of food, and empty it out for to go orders, and if you’re wanting the same thing, they’ll make you wait 20 minutes for it. I know that stores are now being tracked for response times on apps and there’s more of an incentive for tips, and third-party services penalize restaurants for their response time. Panda express certainly operates that way. So, in short, the service can suck majorly at times if you walk in.

I gave a one star for no more than the way the soda fountain is maintained, it is completely full of mold, the ice shoot and soda nozzles are. Please clean them . I have cancer and that is definitely not sanitary.

Don't order online pickup! The lady will just hand you one of your three meals and walk away. Then whenever you address that she owes two more full meals she will only prepare one and send you on your way. Horrible coustmer service thank God the food that we got was atleast delicious.
The food here is mostly reliable, and the employees taking your order and at the register are usually friendly. The concern I have is with how dirty the manager (Zavin) nails were when prepping and handling food. All of his nails had quite a bit of black dirt (?) underneath. A complete turnoff from wanting to eat there and very unsanitary.
