Don't recommended this place never have food ready or fresh and if you wait they want to give you the other food so it can get cold while you wait ppl dont have commonsense, no excuses of been busy place was pretty dead,place is a mess. Just left the food wasn't going to pay for cold old food.

I noticed that the serving people choose who to give less if you are not white american they are not fair since everyone pays the same amount and if you bring it to their attention they lie about it and talk behind you

The restaurant was not too bad there wasn’t a lot of customers. The dining area was a bit dirty. Service was fast food is okay not the best.
Got there ordered a 3 entree, Panda bowl,and small a la carte.,had to wait at least 20mins for the food since they didn't have anything ready and was gonna be lunch time., and not prepared and didn't have enough variety. Left went home they forgot my small a la carte,went back had to wait another 10mins for the food to be ready again. The manager is young didn't bother to help or ask nothing., service was unprofessional, didn't greet me in. Left there and didn't give me any fortune cookies with my order after almost an hour wait.
No sense of urgency to serve for a fast food!!!! Been in line for 10 minutes and 2 customers in front of me already left!!!!

I placed an order online before 11:00. I arrived to pick up my order. The young man said 5 min wait. He continued to wait on customers, A female worker looked at my order and ignored it, then proceeded to wait on the one man in line. 20 minutes later and after 15 people served in line, THEN my order gets filled. The young man was the only one at the counter. Where was the manager? Is he or she not concerned about assisting when it gets busy? The young man was very kind but i blame management for poor service. It was unacceptable for me to sit there and watch others get served as my order sits there unfilled. I will never visit this Panda again. Management doesn't care about customer service.
Discriminated they tought I was a thief by making me confirm the order ai was picking up from Grubhub. Smh.

I don't know what changed within Panda Express in general, but all I know is that the food is way better than before. The staff is super welcoming, and the food is always fresh.

This location has gone downhill over time. I kept giving them a chance but this most recent visit was probably my last visit. Food was fine, no issues there. Definitely could use some cleanliness improvements. It’s slow but almost every table is dirty. Had to shuffle through trays cause a lot of them were sticky or still had food residue on them. The employee who made my plate waited until she finished her conversation with another employee to start making my food. Proceeded to hand me my receipt but ignored me when I asked which cup was the medium since I ordered one. 2 other employees walked by but didn’t acknowledge me when I was asking for assistance. So I just took a water cup since they were too busy to be bothered I guess. Disappointing cause I really like Panda but guess I’ll have to start going to a better location from this point on.
