It’s generally ok, they seem to always be really slow so if there’s a line it’s going to take forever. Not to mention they have a hard time just giving you the sauces you ask for. I asked for soy sauce, hot mustard, and “SEVERAL” sweet and sour. I got no soy sauce. Several hot mustard. A couple sweet and sour and then chili sauce… pretty annoying because I made it clear what I wanted and 2 seconds later they either forgot or didn’t care. I like my food with soy sauce, it’s not as good without. It’s really not that hard to just grab specifically what I said and the amount I said. I shouldn’t have to check right after they give me my bag to make sure they gave me the correct sauces when I told them what sauces literally seconds before.
Will never use the app when picking up to go food ever again. I got half the food I usually get. Very disappointing. This is supposed to be a double entree plate.

As fast food goes, this Panda Express location is pretty good. The staff that was working (including the manager) was friendly and looked like a well oiled machine in how they were getting things done while serving their customers. They even handled a few challenging customers, with finesse. I recommend them if you’re in or close to the Forum & are wanting some fast Chinese food.

Went for lunch and the line wasn't long. I ordered the orange chicken bowl and was already dissatisfied with the serving amount. Also, the chicken was hard and a little cold so it's probably been out for quite a while. Also what's the restroom to wash up and it was disgusting, the toilet and urinal was clogged. As for the tables, they were quite sticky and not wiped down at all.The only thing great about the service was how quick the food was being served.

Worst Panda Experience ever: I had Mushroom Chicken with Fried Rice and 2 Veggie Spring Rolls. The portion of mushrooms and chicken was very, very small because the employee put the 2 veggie spring rolls in the same container. The spring rolls were soggy for this reason. The fried rice was dry

Lesson learned, do not order in the evening time. The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, both cold, hard and flavorless. More than likely sat out for at least 2+ hours. Will not be returning to this location.

I try to pop in here twice a week for an early dinner takeout. From the moment you walk in that door, you're always greeted with a HELLO! Or Welcome or something. The employees are friendly, despite always being busy. Their customer service is always on point. The food is fresh and you can clearly see that in their dishes. The system they have in place at this location for getting orders out quickly, works faster than at other locations I've been to.For the food, I enjoy the plate with half greens, half steamed rice, Beef and Broccoli and Beijing Beef. Sometimes I'll order the Rangoon. Their Teriyaki Sauce is really good too but it's rich so you don't typically need the whole packet.Go check em out. You'll get served quickly even if the line is long!
