Haven't been almost 10 years since ive been to a Red Robbin. It looks exactly the same. Food was good. Service was good and they have bottomless side dishes. It was about $50 for two people so it was ok. Might come back in another 10 years.

Blah! First, when we walked in there was a stinch to the restaurant. Second, the BEST part was the cheese sticks & the coconut Coca-Cola! Food was Blah! I asked for HOT/FRESH fries (had to ask TWICE) with garlic and parmesan cheese. I got limp luke warm fries WITHOUT what I asked for. Service was ok. Overall I guess my Red Robin days are over!

Wife and I sat at the bar where the bartender was simply great. I believe her name was Nicole. We had beers and a couple of appetizers. Highly recommend their onion rings with their campfire sauce.

We have been eating here at least once a year, if not more for many years. We come for the burgers and up until now, we have been happy. Our son chooses to eat here every year for his birthday and anytime he has something to celebrate. A few years ago they redecorated the interior and while it wasn’t my favorite, the food is what brought us in. Now even that will not bring us back. As unhealthy as the burgers are, we enjoyed a good “bad for you” burger every now and then. I ordered the blue cheese burger. The meat was thin and very dry. One literal dot of mayo on one bun and what may have been an 1/8th of a teaspoonful of blue cheese on the burger. It was awful. The whole place felt scummy and smelled like moldy carpet. Who is now running these places? I can’t see how the will continue to be in business.

New Years Day, we went to have an early dinner. The parking lot was half full. There were 7 people waiting around the host table. He had told the first group of three to stay put and then disappeared. When he finally returned, he told us all there was a 45 minute wait. They just stood there...confused. I stepped up and asked why. The lot is half empty. The restaurant is half empty. He was barely able to tell us they only had 2 cooks. The poor kid looked like he was a busboy that had been thrown into a hostess job. This is poor management. If you're short handed, all the managers should be there to help. We all left. Not sure if I will return to this location.

On Mon, 12/29, my brother and I had dinner at RR, which I'd never eaten at. Upon entering the restaurant we were promptly greeted by a smiling and welcoming female staff person that seated us. The restaurant's interior was pretty tidy.

Our dining excellently began with the shrimp appetizer. It was hot, fresh and had savory cocktail sauce. The chicken sandwich I ate was mouthwateringly awesome. I requested garlic fries on the side; yet, the fries I got tasted like regular fries. I also ordered a mango margarita, which I've had my fair share of. The drink I got tasted like a house margarita. This is a minor complaint, as the fries and drink still tasted good. The latter seeming well mixed and with a nice amount of alcohol ;-)

Our server, Carter, was attentive, courteous and patient. Overall, I had a good first impression of this eatery.

I can remember her name, it’s either Megan or Morgan. She was really sweet, kind, respectful and professional! She took great care of us during our dinner.

My husband an i sat at bar we had go ask for help this guys that work at bar was very unprofessional the bar was dirty he didn't clean after the customer no customer service skills at all this use be my favorite place to eat never again will I go there again the food wasn't hot we ate did complain.
