Do not normally go to Red Robin (was not on my radar for whatever reason) but went in for the "Freshly-smashed avocado, hardwood-smoked bacon, melty Swiss, onion, lettuce, tomato and mayo burger" (mouthful) haha and garlic fries. Crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside, and just the right amount of garlic. I'm not big on dip, but they had a red creamy dip that was great with the fries! All perfectly on point! Good Long Island.Dined with my husband but forgot what kind of burger he had. Went a few days ago.The Server was new but was very attentive and kind. Sweet young woman. Sorry I don't remember her name.Not often all those things align when dining out.Great job Red Robin!

The food is dependable in quality, so if you like Red Robin you'll enjoy it. However the portions are getting smaller while the price is going up. Our waiter was great, I'd look for him next time we go.

Just left after having lunch, unruly young boys in the booth next to us, bless the mom for trying so hard to control them with no luck.Ordered a bacon burger and garlic fries for my daughter which was very good.My wife ordered the Banzai which was supposed to be teriyaki chicken, after complaining how bad the chicken tasted the waitress was unsure why it was so tasteless and gave my wife a cup of extra sauce. It wasn't till the bill came till she told us she wrote the order wrong and what was served was actually a plain, tasteless turkey burger and took it off the bill. Would have been nice for her to catch her mistake earlier so my wife can actually have an edible lunch.I ordered the Ensenada Chicken Platter (Lite) The chicken was so dry it was hard to chew. I ordered lite (only one piece) my plate had two pieces smothered in salad $16 for mostly green salad and two tiny pieces of tasteless chicken. I asked for a discount but was told I already got served two pieces instead of one so no.

Went for my birthday dinner. My mother went to the wrong location. We waited for an hour for her to show up. Our waitor made sure our glasses stayed full and kept bringing out fries waiting on her. Great place to eat with really good food.
The kids love it for the fries! Budget friendly and a pretty good burger.

We were in the mood for burgers, and both of our burgers were extremely greasy. The bottomless fries we're old and stale. We went there specifically for hamburgers. Unfortunately our experience wasn't the greatest. Service was mediocre, not very fast. We saw our server twice; once when we ordered and once when we received our check.

Arrived early 6:15 pm they were not busy. Got seated in booth right away to be ignored for 10 min. No one addressed us.Finally ordered our drinks a beer and a mai tai plus an appetizer. The server came by 10 more min. Later to tell us the bar tender was ignoring her and would get the manager to make the drinks for her.Brought the drinks and the Mai tai was awful and too strong! Had to get lemonade instead. Then when she took our burger order asked how we wanted it cooked. We both said some pink.When she brings our entree's burgers one of them was wrong burger they put bacon on to and we did not ask for it. The other burger was over cooked. Fries were cold!?So very disappointed. She made excuses for every thing!! No offer to fix things. Service slow and very poor. Ruined our evening out.
