My kids are addicted to the cheese ravioli, but we’ve been trying to order for days (from your website, Uber and Door dash) and everything gets automatically cancelled. Been trying to call the restaurant for three days and no answer. Did you guys shut down?
Food is amazing and staff are super nice Bryce was a good waiter even though he is new our other waiter was good too the atmosphere was quite relaxing no one was making much ruckus. Definitely coming again.
Kid-friendliness: My kid loved kids pizza so much he had 2!

Excruciatingly slow service. Food was expensive ($100.00 + for lunch for two people) and not even mediocre. Automatic 20% tip added because we were part of a party and then they wanted another tip per individual tab into which I clearly wrote 0.00 and got a mean look. What a load of croc. The sad thing is they get away with it. Very disappointed and will not be back nor will I recommend it.
Food was cold. I had to send it back. My sense is that the food is brought in and reheated. It’s a pity because the decor is so nice, server was attentive but unfortunately the food was not worth the money.

My mom really enjoyed the Thanksgiving meal she had here in previous years, so we decided to have our Thanksgiving here. Right off they tried to seat us in the bar. I asked if they could seat us at one of the handful of open tables in the dining room, (since it’s our family’s Thanksgiving) got some excuse, but then they sat the three of us at a six top. All fine, but they had the emergency door right next to us open & my 80 yo mom was feeling the chill, & the breeze was blowing our paper tablecloth around. Our server said the staff were hot, but was nice enough to close it a little, which worked fine. My mom got the lobster bisque, but no spoon. Our server was nowhere, so my mom found another server, who said they’d be right back over. After a few minutes, my mom was drinking the soup from the bowl, b/c she didn’t want it to get cold. The other server finally came over & told us they were OUT OF SPOONS, but they were washing them up. My mom NEVER got a spoon the entire time we were there, so she continued to drink it from the bowl. The meal was ok, not worth $34, but the inattentive service from the second we walked in the door was the ball buster. There were other, smaller mixups, that we just started laughing off because we didn’t want to ruin our holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I know my mom (and probably all of her friends) will not be back.

Food was ok if you’re starving. My fettuccine was great but everything else we ordered looked like it was just warmed up in the microwave. Toast burnt. The salmon wasn’t cooked all the way at first but was so nice of them to take back and finish with good service. Great people but needs a little help with flavor on food and presentation.

It's Thanksgiving! Grateful that others decided to cook, and work for others. Sweet atmosphere the greatest tender turkey everrr-- but I think they forgot to take the soup to the stove after the fridge 😆 BUT it's all good! Happy Thanksgiving To Yall Workin-Ppl ❤️

Considering there was only one waitress, the service was above par. Spent a total of 1.5 hrs waiting for the kitchen to get over seasoned lukewarm food.

Haven't been here in a while. Food was good but this place seems to be going down hill.

Management couldn't care less but the only star goes to Tyler. This was our first and last time here. Looked real slow for a Saturday night but I see why. Took a couple min to be seated and 10 min for someone to greet us. Tyler (not a server) politely greeted us and apologized for the wait. There were maybe 3-6 servers who couldn't be bothered. Bruschetta took a while for only being bread and tomatoes. Could have used some balsamic glaze, at least. Kids food was bland as well. My plate was certainly overpriced for how mid it was. I think little Caesars has better Italian food and service.
Server was great, got food fast. Food was good.

Walked up to the ToGo area, service was a little slow. They only had catering menus out on display in this area. Requested a “regular“ menu and it seemed as if I asked them for something special.
Decent amount of food for me to eat for dinner and again for lunch the next day.
Food was missing garlic flavor, but luckily I have some powered garlic at home.
