We have given this Wendy's a chance twice now in last 6 months and both times the food was cold, order was wrong and seems to just be stopped together the cheese on the burger not even melted a little bit. Never going back it's a waste of money and time.

I have no idea how this location is not out of business yet it doesn’t matter what time of day it is they will still mess up your order or you will get something dry. They will even mess up a drink. If you’re struggling with people working there, I will apply since y’all don’t know how to do the job, every time I go there you somehow mess up the order each and every time. I shouldn’t have to spit up my food due to it being so dry. I shouldn’t have to dump out my drink because y’all don’t know how to get the right drink. I shouldn’t even be writing this review in the first place if y’all know how to do y’all‘s job night shift dayshift evening shift? None of y’all know what y’all are doing. I’ve Been living here for four years and I have never wrote a review on y’all even though I should have just please pay attention to what you’re doing actually read the screen instead of giving out what you feel like if you don’t have something communicate that to the person instead of giving them what you see fits

Ordered the JBC meal deal. I specified that I wanted it fresh made hot. When food came out the meat was cold. Sent back to have remade. Brandon, the cook was on top of it and remade it for me. But sat here and noticed that people would walk in and the manager didn’t acknowledge them so people walked out . The manager needs to be friendlier and be on top of things.

We had the intention to have breakfast today and the door was locked at 9:11 am. Okay, so we went to the drive thru and NO one answered despite being parked there for about 7 minutes, so we drive around the other side, and see about four other cars parked there. We drove back to the drive-thru speaker one last time and finally somebody answered just to tell us that they don't serve breakfast there. Seriously? We were just blatantly ignored. And we had breakfast there before I don't know why they suddenly changed it.

This is a family review the bathroom stunk and the cups were sharp my cousin cut herself with the cup and the chocolate frosting was not working so my chocolate frosty was gross it tasted blank and no ice and the drink station was slow and I did like how fast the employees were with the food but we waited 5min for someone to take our order many people pasted by and someone even washed there hands at the counter sink.

He waited 25 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of us. I'm not sure if they're short-staffed but that is a long time to wait for an order that wasn't even correct. I hope you guys hire some more people soon. We love this Wendy's it's so sad to see it go downhill.
Its Wednesday time at Wendy's. The team was awesome allowing me to collect the Wednesday merchandise as a collectable without messing up thr packaging. Basically, no food this round..just celebrating the showcasing.

Worst Wendy's I went too. Restaurant is dirty inside and I was the first costumer inside. Floor was sticky, women's restroom was smelled bad, windows are dirty. Ordered breakfast from there, but it was decent. Eggs felt a spongy, biscuit sandwichs were made sloppy. When they handed me my order, manager throw it on the counter and she had an attitude and cashier just sat down and didn't bother to clean something at least.

So we decided to try Wendy's for dinner, because our kiddo wanted to try the Wednesday special meal. The meal itself was okay, though that sauce was absolutely brutal. Of course they don't tell you which sauce you're going to get and then when you do try it, you realize exactly how spicy it is. The reason though I'm giving only three stars is because of the fact that the location itself had no AC and was very stuffy and hot. Thankfully though it seemed it was on a little bit because we didn't start sweating too terribly until we were about to leave. It seemed it at least was working for the workers, but if you're going to have an issue like that, I feel that a sign should have probably been posted to let people know. This Wendy's has often been very deserted, so it's interesting to see it's still open even with these issues. We hope they're able to fix this because we do want to come back.
