Dickey’s yall need to definitely do better my food was cold my brisket dryer then a biscuit my rolls were harder then rocks and waffle fry’s were cold and oily It had been about 2 yrs I had not gone for the same reason and decided to give it a second chance and definitely NOT ever going back

Very disappointing experience. The waitresses were extremely rude from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no willingness to help, and their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Because of how we were treated, we decided to leave without ordering anything. Customer service is essential in a restaurant, and unfortunately this place failed completely in that aspect. I would not recommend it based on our experience.

Food was ok but do not go here in the evening the service is the worst they mock you for what you order and then they make fun of your girlfriend for ordering the kids meal and then got it wrong yet just a bunch of kids so if you want something good and similar just go down the street to grubshack

My wife ordered the steakhouse salad and I ordered a 2 meat plate with okra and waffle fries as sides. It was very tasty. Everything was hot and fresh, the salad looked amazing.

I enjoy getting my food here. The food is very delicious. I never had a problem here. The food comes fast, and it’s not very busy. The only thing I didn’t like is…I’m a mom of a 1 yr old and it’s really hard for me to get off the vehicle with my 1 yr old. Well I order online so when I got there all I had to do was pick up. The girl at the window gave me my drink and my food she was very nice…but she didn’t hand me my straw which I was like maybe it’s in the bag of food. So I didn’t ask for one I checked the bag to make sure if it was in there. It wasn’t! So I waited 3 minutes hoping she would come back and ask if I needed anything else. Nope! She was to busy looking down at her phone, not paying attention if I was there. I was upset because I had to get off and get my straw mind u I have a 1 yr old he was asleep. I don’t care if the employees are on their phone at work. But if you’re not busy & you have a customer make sure they have everything that they need. Because customers when they see that yall aren’t busy we have high expectations on getting things correctly. I just wanted to write a review just so the manager can correct these issues. It’s really hard for mothers out here. Especially when we can’t just get off and get stuff. Just pay attention next time and make sure your customers at the window drive off.

I went in and ate once and had it delivered by Doordash once. My sit-down meal inside was pretty good, aside from the chopped brisket being dry and barely lukewarm! The onion Tanglers on the side were on point, and the sweet tea was perfect. As for service, the staff all seemed like they had an attitude of not really wanting to be there, but that was the vibe I got, not anything any of them said. My DD meal was the Giant Loaded Stuffed Baker Potato, which I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in! I paid extra to have EXTRA butter, EXTRA bacon, and EXTRA cheese and EXTRA green onions, there was very little butter, NO BACON OR GREEN ONIONS whatsoever, and a light sprinkling of cheese hidden under the meat. My first 2 choices of meat(kielbasa sausage or brisket) they were completely out of. My door dasher called and told me from the restaurant, so I went with the pulled pork. It was dry also, and the potato itself was tough, either over cooked or undercooked, not sure which since both will make a potato tough. Sweet tea was the best part of my meal. I usually love to eat at Dickey's, but I've had issues at this one in Seminole and the one in Clovis, NM, in the last few weeks. It's a toss-up at best on a meal here...
Food was awful...brisket was so dry ...the ribs were like jerky ...that I sent back ..and declined moor ribs ...first impressions are spend your money somewhere else ...

Brisket was dry, no flavor or seasoning. They messed up my order, but when I called to let them know. They were kind about it, told me to keep the wrong item, and told me to go back, and they'd correct their error. The manager was kind and professional over the phone.

Downright awful. My expectations weren’t high as it is Dickeys. Cold bland food. 2 girls working didn’t seem to care if the whole place just caught on fire. Would’ve rather spent the money on gas station food.
